Rococo Ramen is my go to place for ramen in the valley! Its a small spot that gets busy, but always has friendly and quick service. It's a nice environment to be in. I always order the Spicy Tonkatsu with a spice level between two and four. Level two enjoyable whereas spice level four can be very spicy. If you're not a spicy person, I'd recommend starting at one or two. The noodles are medium sized, the broth is nice and thick, and it has great flavor. The Gyozas, Shashu Buns, or the Crispy Rice is a must when you go. Stop by and give it a try you won't regret it.
We were greeted by Aaron as soon as we walked in and seated right away. I ordered the Level 3 ramen with gyoza, and once again, this place did not disappoint. The ramen was flavorful, comforting, and had the perfect amount of spice. My daughter wasn't feeling well and wanted something warm, so we ordered the signature ramen broth with noodles for her. After eating it, she said she instantly felt better. We've been coming here for years because the food is consistently delicious and the service is always welcoming. We'll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!
Came in since we had our lunch card ready! We were able to get a ramen bowl for free! It was very empty when we came in and we were the only ones there. For some reason the lights were off, we were scared they were closed, but they were opened. We were hoping for it to be cold inside since it's ramen and La was heating up the past week. But it was pretty hot inside. Food was good, I love the crispy rice!! I definitely think I'll wait until it's cold next time though. Staff was ok. There's a lot outside to park so there's usually always parking
Went here for the first time and really liked it! They have plenty of seating and is a casual vibe. The milk tea was my favorite thing off the menu. Strongly recommend (get one to dine in and one to go ). Spice levels are great, but no joke. For my ramen, my limit is level one. I even have a friend that does 0.5 cause it's so spicy. Ramen is so good, I enjoyed the dipping ramen with lots of lime. If you are sick, it's the best meal to clear your sinuses in my opinion! I also tried the chicken bowl (combo with the ramen), and it was delicious. Service was good too. Parking area is small and busy, but you can find more parking in the back alley.
My wife and I came here to grab lunch since we were already in the plaza picking up food at another place. We came before the lunch rush so they were able to sit us quick. My wife and I came here before when they first open so it's to great to see how much they change. Finding parking in the small plaza is a hit or miss so just be aware of that. Our server was Jenny and we thought she was good but the service was just slow. It wasn't even lunch but I think they only had 2 waitress working and they were kind of busy already because it was a cold rainy day. My wife got the Spicy Miso Ramen at level 3 with chicken. I got the Chef Favorite Shoyu Ramen at level 3 spiciness. My wife also got her milk tea which she loves here. We thought our ramen soup was okay but it wouldn't be our go to place for ramen. They charge a fee if you pay by credit card so be aware of that.
Been coming here for a couple years now and I love this place. They always have great service and amazing hospitality. The last time we were here they offered us a complementary edamame because they had made an extra batch, very sweet of them! The garlic edamame was delicious and is one of our go to apps. We usually get the spicy tonkotsu ramen with no egg, level 2 has the perfect amount of spice for me. They do have happy hour Mon-Fri from 2-5 as well, and they do serve alcohol. Overall super family friendly and chill vibe. I would recommend.
I have to say this is the best ramen in town! I been coming to rococo ramen for years and it never seems to disappoint! Spicy tonkotsu ramen is my go to. I got it with level 2 spice level. The spice level is equivalent to a jalapeno so it wasn't too spicy just the right amount of spice. The pork was cooked perfect and the pork broth is super savory and rich. I got the garlic edamame as an appetizer. The sauce was very good with perfect amount of the garlic taste. They extended their hours for Fridays and Saturdays to 10pm which is very I like because they closed at 9pm before. They also serve beer and soju at this location with happy hour Monday - Friday 2pm-5pm.
Love this place. Cool ambience, friendly service and excellent Ramen! Even the non-Ramen dishes are good, like the California roll and blue crab soy paper roll, garlic soy edamame and shishito peppers, and takoyaki.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was concerning. To be fair, the spicy tuna bowl was a larger serving than expected. My main concern is not the food but the billing discrepancy. My receipt total was $52.30, I left a $5 tip and signed for $57.30, but my card was ultimately charged $70.95. At first, I assumed the higher credit card authorization amount shown on the receipt was a temporary hold and didn't raise the issue at the restaurant. But when the transaction posted, the charge remained $13.65 higher than the amount I signed for and authorized. The restaurant does disclose a 4% surcharge for non-cash payments, but that surcharge appears to already be reflected in the receipt prices and does not explain the additional $13.65 that was ultimately charged. I have photos of the itemized receipt, the signed receipt showing the $57.30 total, and the final posted charge of $70.95. The food itself was average, but unexplained billing discrepancies are a much bigger concern. I recommend checking your receipt and final credit card charge carefully. Edit (as a response to the business owner claiming server made a mistake) Edit (in response to the owner's claim that the server gave me another table's receipt): Thank you for responding. The receipt I posted is from my table and matches what we ordered, including the Spicy Tuna Bowl and Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. Right, came in to a lively dining area with low lights a groovy music playing in the background. Immediately attended to and told I could choose a small table. Knew what I wanted: hot green tea and my ramen, which was served up quickly! I asked for chili oil - extra charge - for just a little kick. Whoa!! This is so delicious!! Completely hit the spot; been craving it for too long!! So glad traffic made getting here easy! Parking out front, plenty of it. I haven't tried anything else on the menu; judging by the paitan, I'm sure I wouldn't be disappointed! Rococo Ramen in Granada Hills yall come check it!! =D

Was craving ramen and looked for a place near Porter Ranch since I was going there for some shopping. This placed turned up with high marks. So I made the 30 minute drive and luckily there was plenty of parking in the shopping plaza. There's also parking in the back. Came here after the lunch rush and when I walked in, it was warm inside. One of my biggest fear about going in to a restaurant when it's warm/hot outside is that it's not cold or comfortable inside. Especially if you are going to be eating something hot. Well, I can see that the air was blowing as I saw air being pushed out from the vents. So I'm hoping that their AC was broken. If it wasn't and the owners were just trying to save on expenses, then this is just sweat shop conditions. I feel bad for the employees because they have to deal with not only the heat, but the steam from the kitchen. I decided to stick it out and eat here. If the AC was out, it would have been nice if they put out fans. That would have improved things a little. They do have a 50% happy hour deal during weekdays (don't hold me to this). I ordered the takoyaki and signature ramen. Both dishes came out pretty fast. I decided to go for the ramen first as the takoyaki is probably still steaming hot. I have to say, the broth was pretty good and wasn't super salty. I like that the noodles was on the thin side and similar to the noodles you get with wonton noodles. The takoyaki was good and probably has the most octopus pieces I've ever had. Most other places just has a small piece of meat, but here, there were a few pieces and they were tender. Would I come back here, maybe if I'm in the area and it's cold outside. But I will not go out of my way to come here.
Careful when ordering here, I just received an order with a huge hair and called them immediately. Lupita the service worker only had authorization to give credit for a next time order. Meanwhile no lunch not even an offer to replace with another soup. If they are at fault they won't hold themselves accountable. Going to seek help to each the health department asap

Went back to Rococo Ramen for some delicious ramen and appetizers after a long, hard day at work. It hit the spot. My #1 ramen spot in SoCal. My friends and I ate the Cali Ramen, Garlic Glazed Edamame, Crispy Rice, Milk Tea, and the Macarons. The best. Additionally, the service was amazing as well. The servers always came to check on us and asked if my food was delicious. To top it off, the atmosphere of the restaurant was great. The music, the food, the overall vibe, and the people are what make me always come back to this place. 10/10!! read more

One of the best meals I have had in a while. So worth the drive and if you have to choose a lunch or dinner spot CHOOSE ROCOCO RAMEN!!! I have tried a hand full of spicy tuna crispy rice and this is the best one yet. Not pictured, but the gelato macarons are to die for! I loved the raspberry flavor. Still bomb. Parking can be a hassle. Small lot and businesses that share. Gyoza - Perfectly cooked. Dipping sauce really good. Chashu Bowl - Good amount of rice and chashu. Not much else for toppings but its solid. Pork Buns - Really good. Chashu really tender and melts away. Friendly service and attentive. read more
I'm not a big fan of presumptuous billing and this kinda bothered me that they automatically added a 2% charge on the bill before even asking if we were paying with cash or credit. That just ruins the entire experience . Good was okay but for the price and inconvenience if having to have them "discount"our check for cash... I won't be back. read more
Tried this location for the first time 2 weeks ago. It was empty when we arrived and were sitting quickly. Our waiter Alex was nice and helpful about explaining the menu. Nice and clean inside with some music playing. The food came and it was yummy good spice to it the gyozas were really good too. Definitely will come back. read more
Came in on a Thursday night for dinner and it was busy! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and were offered immediate seating at the bar or wait 10-15 minutes for a table. We opted for a bar seat. Service was great! Alex (I think) was friendly and attentive! He checked up on us throughout the meal and promptly filled our waters. Food was good! The broth was perfectly salty and flavorful. Noodles were cooked perfectly and loved the corn in the signature tonkotsu! Overall I will definitely be back! read more

With all the many places she could have chose from, my daughter chose Rococo Ramen for her birthday dinner because it's her favorite place to eat. The service here is always great! Everything on the menu is delicious. Her favorite is the calamari, garlic edamame and the signature ramen. The owner and the servers made my daughter's birthday very special. They were so accommodating. Our guests loved everything they ordered and have now found a Ramen spot they will be revisiting soon. read more

Cold day today. Frankenstein want Ramen. Frankenstein say bride of Frankenstein let's try new place never been. She say okay Frankenstein husband. Drive to Maru Ramen Woodland Hills. No where Frankenstein park. It Sunday. Too many people bad! Grrrr. Frankenstein continue on to Rayu Ramen on Victory. No where Frankenstein park again. Ahhhh Grrrrr. Crowds bad! Frankenstein determined eat Ramen on cold day. Drive to Rococo Ramen Granada Hills. Parking good! Seats for Frankenstein and Bride good! Frankenstein order Chicken Karaage, GOOD! Thee best ramen spot this side of the valley. So stop looking and come there. And you'll find yourself not the only ones here. My church peeps and I hit this spot right when they opened on a Sunday. And this place filled up quick! No joke. We were greeted by the lovely CJ. Her service and attentiveness was on point. Never asked for a refill on our drinks and she constantly checked on us. Was craving ramen and have been wanting to try this place for a while! It's a super casual, laid back environment but with club beats blasting as you eat. Waitress was so kind and good came out fast. I got the classic tonkotsu, my husband got the spicy tonkotsu and we shared some pork gyoza. LOVED my tonkotsu ramen. The flavor of the broth was on point, with robust pork flavor. The black garlic took it up to another level. Noodles were good, but the pork was really cold when I got my food which was a little bit of a bummer. Even after I dunked it in the soup it was cold, so it had to sit in the broth for a minute. The meat itself was tender and not super fatty which I liked. The spicy tonkotsu was SERIOUS. My husband got a level 3 out of 5 and honestly I don't know how he ate it. I like spicy food but holy cow! It was super hot. They have a guide on their menu when it comes to spicy level so be sure to look at it before ordering. The gyoza was good, but I found their spicy sauce to not be that spicy. Wasn't my favorite sauce flavor wise. I would definitely come back for more ramen! This place would be great for takeout or a casual date night too. Stopped by last week and ordered the new summer lunch special: Thai Iced Tea & Spicy Miso Ramen. Both were amazing! The Spicy Miso Ramen had depths of flavor. The pork was delicious & almost melted in your mouth. It was definitely spicy, especially towards the bottom - soo good! We started with the blue crab roll in soy paper & the spicy edamame. The crab was fresh and enhanced with a creamy sauce. The restaurant had just opened so there were plenty of tables available. Service was quick, and our server was kind and very prompt. I love that you can see the kitchen and the amazing cooks do their thing while you dine. Absolutely love this place& will keep coming back!! read more

Rococo Ramen deserves 5 stars! I think this is hands down the best ramen restaurant in the valley! My friends would always talk about how delicious this restaurant is and I finally was in the area that I stopped by to give it a try. The menu is so simple and straight forward. They do not play around with their spice levels. I got level 2 and that was already very spicy (which I love)! As far as pricing, it ranges at a normal price of $15-$17 per bowl. The broth is creamy and rich in pork flavor. The only thing I would say is I got many jalapeño seeds in each slurp; I wish there was a way for them to filter out the seeds. The pork itself was very tender. They give 2 pieces per ramen bowl and there was half an egg, bean sprouts, and green onion in my bowl. The noodles they use are the thin ones and they are cooked just right. The service was quick and easy. The waiter constantly checked up on us and refilled out water constantly, which I appreciate! There is plenty of parking available in the plaza. I will be returning soon to enjoy a nice, warm, spicy bowl :) read more

Absolutely! It’s called Caligreen Ramen. All veggie broth, noodle with no egg and all veggie toppings. Come and check it out.
