Service sucks now. I've been going to here since I was little and have noticed a change in the employees. I have gotten my order messed up countless times and then they will give me a gross attitude and snarky look when I correct them and try to get everything I PAYED FOR. Very disappointing. I ordered from there last week hoping for the best as this town doesn't seem to have any good Pizza options. So I place the order for delivery by Door dash. They never advertised that they use doordash which I think would be helpful in the future. They forgot to add a slice. Called to tell them they forgot my slice. They said there was nothing they could do because they couldn't make the doordash guy come back. So instead of fixing their problem they decided just to pick it to the Curb. The pizza was definitely undercooked the bottom was not even crispy it was soggy. It was definitely a disappointment from eating all the times up in Madison. 2 stars for being open My friend was starving and I recommended RR because I loved it in college (that was like forever ago and yeah). We did the drive thru and well, they were nice but every slice she asked for- they didn't have. OK, well, a Sat afternoon around 4-5 p I guess if not busy why would they make slices for no reason? She got a sausage and ate a few bites and was so grossed out- asked me to toss it (she was driving). It didn't look good either. We ordered the slice of the day and a salad; it was just ok. The crust was a little gummy on the bottom, but sausage was good. The woman at the drive through wasn't the friendliest. She was kind of snippy after we ordered - she asked if that was all we were ordering. So I asked what kind of salad dressing was available, or if there was a house dressing, she just repeated, louder if there was anything else we wanted to order. Um yes - salad dressing! I expected that she would have worn mask and gloves, like all the other fast food places are doing, but no. While we were at the window waiting to pay and for our order, we watched her shake something off of her non-gloved hand and then use a dishrag to wipe something off the cash register area and toss the cloth on the counter. I was pleasantly surprised coming here after not being here for 15 yrs. the food was great! We got pizza and breadsticks and the service was fantastic. Also, super clean bathrooms. The building may be old but it was spotless and clean. The lady who helped us at the register was so nice and accommodating went over and beyond suggesting stuff for us and offered us coupons and told us the best deals. This was the first pizza place I tried when I got to Whitewater, and honestly I wasn't impressed. You can either order a whole pizza, or do the drive thru and order by the slice. I've gotten the pasta, breadsticks, and pizza from here, and they all were just okay. I understand that this is a fast food chain for pizza, but honestly I expected a little better. I was surprised at the very negative review posted about Rocky Rococo. We have eaten there for years, being long time residents of Whitewater. We appreciate that the pizza is not greasy, as some chain pizza places have Also, the salad bar offers good choices, although I must admit it could have more variety, but the dressings and toppings are very good, as is the fresh pineapple. We usually just order by the slice, so we have seldom had to wait. We particularly like the Garden of Eaten, a vegetarian slice. Also, the bread sticks and sauce are very tasty. As to the staff, they have mainly been friendly and competent, although there have been a few glitches in this area. Overall, our family would recommend it! read more

Placed a large order for pickup on Saturday 8/8, made the mistake of paying first. When I went to pick it up I saw the mask rule on the door however I didn't have a mask with me. I went in with my wife (who had her mask) only because I knew she would need help carrying the order to our car. The manager started to get vocal with me (very rude), I didn't get a word in edgewise until his tirade ended. He said he had masks, I offered to use one. I really like going here for lunch for their combo meals with a single slice and bread sticks. The bread sticks are phenominal. Never busy and the service is alright.
