He informed me that they had a deal going on where the first month was free, regardless of length of stay, and that he could get me a unit that day. I rented a uhaul from his as well and he was incredibly helpful and nice getting me set up with one. Even though he knew he probably wouldn't make any money off of my stay there (being as it all fell within the "free month") he still came and helped me and my friend unload everything into the unit when I showed up exhausted that night to unload. Mike is a super nice, quality guy and I the units are very nice! He's only been open a few months but I really hope his business takes off and he does well.

Randy and Tony changed my locks on my units about 3 months ago even though i was paid for in full. the "owner" Tom looked it up and said I'm so sorry we will fix that right away. at that time i made a payment for march and updated and made sure all contact info and payment info was current and signed a statement to continue to do automatic payment. 2 days ago my daughter called and was at her old residence getting a tire changed and stated she found a hand written envelope with no postal marks in the dirt driveway with half the correct address and the old one. and it stated units would be sold if no payment for may. we both contacted the office. I by phone and her in person after i was verbally assaulted and hung up on by the manager. my daughter talked with who claimed to be the owner and he admitted he was in the wrong. they sold my units illegally and would help to recover the items. now Tom is stating he isn't the owner and he doesn't have time to fix the situation. THIS PLACE IS DIRTY AND DOES HORRIBLE BUSINESS. I WAS TOLD TO "GO CALL YOUR ATTORNEY BITCH" AND "TOLD TO FUCK OFF" AND MUCH MORE BY THE MANAGER TONY. So BEWARE of smiling faces, especially when they are "going over the details" because they are just a diversion to get you to sign an agreement that is full of crazy charges for every little thing and numerous fees that can be applied to your account. And make sure to read all of it because if you just answer a question based off of them reading it to you then you are the one who will be deemed as "falsifying" answers in the contract. Unfortunately, he had car trouble on the drive up from CA, and wasn't able to get into town to pick up the rental at the appointed time. I called the office to see what our options were and was fortunate to have the Regional Manager, Amanda, answer the phone. I explained our situation and she was extremely friendly and helpful in providing a solution at no extra cost. It was a very stressful time and I greatly appreciated her assistance! When my son finally made it to town, the rental was waiting for him. The whole process was very smooth and we highly recommend them!
