It wasn't just my unit that was broken into, it was many. One man had just moved here from Arizona and he had over 20 thousand dollars worth of firearms and safes stolen. Do not give these criminals your business.

So BEWARE of smiling faces, especially when they are "going over the details" because they are just a diversion to get you to sign an agreement that is full of crazy charges for every little thing and numerous fees that can be applied to your account. And make sure to read all of it because if you just answer a question based off of them reading it to you then you are the one who will be deemed as "falsifying" answers in the contract. They called one day and said someone broke one of my windows and rifled through my belongings inside. I was upset but trusted them to increase security and prevent it from happening again but that was not the case. A couple months later another window was broken, my bicycle that was inside was stolen, and an item was left inside that was likely stolen from another customers vehicle. I don't like to write bad reviews but feel I should warn people about trusting them with their vehicles!

We had three pods delivered and the office assisted us telling us where to put the pods for unloading and helped arrange for pick up of the pods as well. This storage company is one of the best I've ever encountered. I had a unit here for about three…read moreyears. They were always easy to communicate with, very proactive with any requests. A couple times within the time I had the unit, my credit card expired and they were always very helpful and never made threats or anything. They would just call to remind me and overall very chill about getting that updated. After three years I finally was able to get all my items moved into my home. I cleaned and vacated the unit on the last day of the month, and called them to let them know that I was OK with paying for the month, because it was past the first of the month, but they refunded the automatic charge that was done on the first of the month! I really did not expect to ask or get a refund, so as far as I'm concerned they went above what was expected in all cases. On top of all that, they have the best pricing of any storage company in the area. If you need to store anything for an extended period of time, this is the best choice. I would give zero stars if possible for violating our contract and my privacy. Prior to what they…read morecalled "roof repair" they sent an email saying that they would not need to access my unit. That turned out to be untrue. The entire roof was ripped off including the sheeting, which allowed unknown roofers to access my unit without my knowledge or consent. Furthermore, they did not have an employee on-site the entire time to ensure that customers' belongings were safe and watched over. This is a breech of contract, an outright violation of my privacy, and wholly unacceptable. When I confronted them about this issue, I was told that they didn't do anything wrong and they insisted that I stop "harassing" their employees - simply because I asked for an explanation for this violation.
