Handed me the key, looked me up and down ( I was dressed in scrubs. I'm a nurse , I had just finished a 12 hour shift.) I said no I would only like to use the bathroom, yanked the stick that the keys were attached to out of my hand and said it's not a public restroom. Just because you're in scrubs, doesn't mean you're entitled to use the bathroom , You have to buy something. I Understand but you should've started off with that rather than handing me the keys and saying sure with no problem. You should've started off with "It's not a public restroom. It's only for customers." Completely understand the business aspect of everything but rudeness is not to be tolerated. Will never go here again.

They are usually dressed sloppy, shirts not tucked in and not washed. There are several great employees here, but there are also several that clearly were not screened or vetted well when hired. They do not take accountability very seriously here, which is unfortunate. I will say that the actual facility is always clean and it is very easy to get in and out for gas.
