On this particular night there were about 5 young men there. We have never had a problem before, but on this night these men were loud swearing up a storm for no concern of other people. One gentleman had his daughter with him, who was a minor and she was also playing the slots. My concern was that the girls who were working thought nothing of it and was allowing all of this to go on. At one point they were talking and joking with them, no concern what so ever. The guys were punching the machines , foul language, and all together rude!!!!! We used to love this place. But I don't think that we will back.

Unfortunately this particular location has some issues, mainly with the employees. I have seen employees several times screaming curse words on the phone while on their "smoke-break" outside. They are usually dressed sloppy, shirts not tucked in and not washed. There are several great employees here, but there are also several that clearly were not screened or vetted well when hired. They do not take accountability very seriously here, which is unfortunate. I will say that the actual facility is always clean and it is very easy to get in and out for gas.

I have filled my car from this station for several years. Even when the pumps are not working and…read moreyou have to go inside to pay first( last month for a week) or there is no paper in the pump so you have to go inside for a receipt. Today there were people there working on the pumps. I filled up my vehicle as I have done in the past with regular fuel. The green light was on this selection. As I watched the pump I was shocked as to why it was $15 more than normal, so I looked at the receipt and I was charged for premium. I have never put premium in my car. I went inside and asked and they went outside and asked the workmen working on the pumps! Of course they had no idea. No offer of a credit or refund. This is the last time I will go there. There's a Mobil station across the street and I will be giving them my business.

I was inside their building for less than 5 minutes. In that time tri-state had begun to hook up my vehicle. (Shame on me for not having a parking sticker for that parking lot, that IS on me). I ran to my car explaining to them what happened and I was met with a "I don't care, lady". As all of my belongings (wallet, ID, phone, etc) were in my car, I ran over to grab them before my vehicle was towed away. The driver rushed towards me. I got nervous and slammed and locked the door with myself inside. He began screaming at me to get out of the car. When I told him "No, you're making me nervous." His response was for me to "suck and choke on his balls". I told him I was calling the police and at that point his response had gotten the attention of residents who were trying to protect me. He unhooked my vehicle and scurried away. I'll attach of photo of my original comment that had gotten removed. Shame on tri-state towing for not firing workers who sexually assault female customers. Shame on yelp for protecting that kind of business.

He wouldn't budge on the price and he told me I had to pay up front or no deal. I agreed and gave him my card number. He told me he'd be there in 45 minutes. An hour and a half went by. I called.. no answer. I left a voice message. Another hour and a half went by. I called.. no answer. I left another voice message. Another hour went by and the snow plows came by and piled snow all around my car and left. Still, no tow truck. Let's put it this way. This towing company is one to avoid. They never came. I had to call another two truck to get me out and that one got there at 4:30 AM. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! And to the guy that answered my call, it's rude to lie to your customers and never show up to do the business. I'll be disputing this charge if it shows up on my card.
