When I went to pick it up they only had 10/90 tablets in stock and told me to come back later that week for the rest. My account kept showing the prescription pending for over a week then it just fell off my account entirely. I called them to ask what happened and they weren't sure. They told me at 9am they had 60 more tablets in stock and I could pick it up today. I go to pick it up later that afternoon and they didn't know what I was talking about at first, then said "oh well get started on it now come back in 15-20 minutes." 20 mins to put some pills in a bottle? Get real. If a med is prescribed it shouldn't take 2 weeks to get the med filled. I still don't have the full amount that was prescribed. Absolute joke.

Finally , I chose the photo department so I could get a person on the phone. I asked the girl that answered the phone and the photo department to let the manager know that it was saying it was disconnected.So they could fix the problem and that frustrate people. She kept telling me that they don't have anybody in that department and I explained to her that once again, she should just let the manager know that it's saying it's disconnected.So they can take that option off. She was very rude and said that nobody would look for my item they would have if I was nicer, and I was not mean at all.I was just to the point. My husband and I went to play the slots last month on a Friday evening at Bud's. Usually we like…read moreto go there because we are seniors and we had always felt safe there. On this particular night there were about 5 young men there. We have never had a problem before, but on this night these men were loud swearing up a storm for no concern of other people. One gentleman had his daughter with him, who was a minor and she was also playing the slots. My concern was that the girls who were working thought nothing of it and was allowing all of this to go on. At one point they were talking and joking with them, no concern what so ever. The guys were punching the machines , foul language, and all together rude!!!!! We used to love this place. But I don't think that we will back.

The store in Plano…read moreIl. at 1001 w US highway 34 ripped me off on (4/14/2022) The outside sign had a price of 404.9 for regular with car wash. I filled up and chose a car wash. Price looked a little high. I checked the receipt it was $4.349 I got 13.455 gallons. I went inside to ask the clerk about the difference. She would not refund the difference. She told me the correct price was 439.9 but the sign was 404.9 because she did not know how to change it. Is this Shell Oil's policy?
