After sharing my review of an experience my daughter and I had with the bakery...I received a…read moremessage within the hour thanking me for my feedback and advising it would be taken seriously. Within an hour of that response I received a phone call from the manager Elena! I called her back and the first thing she did was explain that she apologized if I wasn't the correct person and her reason for the call and message. After establishing that I'm the person that made the review...she immediately apologized for my experience and thoroughly listened to the details. This level of customer service is almost unheard of!!! Not only was there an apology and a plan to ensure the issue doesn't happen again she accommodated us for the inconvenience and the poor experience. I'm a real person that is very aware and conscious of where I spend my money and time and I will continue to shop with Sam's Club and support them! Hopefully this reviews helps others understand that they care about their customers and our experience!
