45 min after our stop at this Love's, my husband realized he forgot the expensive tie downs for our camper near the gas pump. We immediately turned around and I called. Nicki, the store manager, answered and immediately went out to see if she could find it. When we finally got back, she helped us search and even helped us comb through the dumpster. Thank goodness we found them!! The entire team was kind and helpful and went way beyond above and beyond. Love's Travel Stop - Convenience Stores Near Me - Utica, Illinois

Stopped to get $35 of gas at pump #5. Stay away from that one! Pump got stuck and went to $55. Went in to tell manager/owner who apologized but seemed uninterested in resolving my $20 deficit. Was told I already got the gas so couldn't do anything. He even pulled up his car and confirmed it was sticking. Should have offered a gift card for next time or at minimum a free pop! Sounds like a scam to me!!! BEWARE. Won't go back to that station!!! read more

The food is nasty. The restroom was unpleasant. Stay away. Would not recommend . The garbage was overflowing.

Review for the women's restroom only. I was very pleased with how clean the restroom was. It looked recently remodeled. It had nice, clean tile floors, stall doors with the words "vacant" or "occupied," and good automatic sinks. I'm always looking for good restrooms to use along I-80 and this was a good find. read more

Another great Loves stop - bathrooms were compact but some of the cleanest we've been in throughout the Midwest. The parking lot has lots of greenspace, making it easy to get a walk in for yourself and your four legged friend. Gas prices were also more competitive here with other stations along the interstate. Easy on and off I-80, too. read more

Just a truck stop BUT if you want to have a place for your dog to romp around, Love's has a fenced area that makes a great break from riding across America in a dog crate. read more

Well maintained, well stocked, well run. My favorite love's in the Midwest. It's always clean, and the employees are always friendly.

I was pleased to have stopped at this Love's as I was greeted by very friendly staff and met with clean bathrooms.

Good stop! There's a Subway and McDonald's inside. You have to wear a mask, per sign on door. Clean restrooms, and friendly service. Subway was really good. Employee fixing my sub was really friendly. Lot of Subway's out here and sometimes the employees act like your bothering them. This was a nice change. read more

Great place to visit, get petro and food. If your a truck driver make sure to reserve your shower. So much to do and see!

Address an issue with the manager inside the store about the lot smelling of urine. He didn't much care acted like it didn't matter. It matters to me because we won't come back will go to a different place no respect for the truck driver especially the ones that don't urinate in the parking lot. This did not affect how I thought of Jenn that checked us out at the register. She was very sweet and professional at the same time. read more

Went there and they had an employee who is coughing, blowing their nose and obviously sick with some sort of respiratory illness. I checked out and the sick employee proceeded to blow their nose, use sanitizer and then touch all over my item (which was a food purchase) I paid and proceeded to get a different item of what I purchased due to not wanting the disgusting germs of the sick of individual all over my candy. If the governor is saying if your sick stay home then maybe Loves you should have sent this person home. You are NOT helping. read more

A great place to take a break and relax before continuing on your road trip. Our bus stopped here for a 25 minute break. The bathrooms at this rest stop are nice and clean, but have only about five stalls (for women). The convenience store itself sold a lot of stuff from touristy souvenirs, to chips, soda, coffee, and of course, car related products since this is also a gas station. Attached to Love's convenience store is a McDonald's and Subways. A great one stop shop! read more

The women's restroom is close so using the men, which is fine but beyond nasty!!! Blood all over the stalls wall! Memos now outside and was sooo nasty that my husband said he couldn't breath!! Let workers know but we're not very helpful. They said they just cleaned them! If they did, they need someone to give them some cleaning techniques! read more

Picked up some diesel here for our motorhome so we went to the trucker side. Lanes are a little tight and you need to be super cautious of all the big rigs backing into or out of the parking spaces that line one side of the diesel entrance. Really fast pumps to get you on the road faster. They need more cashiers inside, very busy, there was a line. Very convenient stop just off the interstate. read more

The worst subway I have been to. The girls behind the counter were more interested in talking to each other than waiting on the customers. Also the one girl dropped a whole pan of bread on the floor and they all thought it was funny and who knows what they did with it all because it was still there when I left. Even felt sick after eating. Should have left as soon as the bread hit the floor. Did not visit the store except to get the drink for the meals so this is strictly a Subway review. read more

Great place to stop! Competitive gas prices, clean bathrooms. Excellent roller dog selection as well. I purchased a coffee and was offered a free snickers bar! Can you believe that? Staff were very considerate and efficient. I needed 2 cents extra to pay for my coffee without breaking another bill and they happily provided it. The parking lot was also very weed friendly. Great customer service. Very convenient for stop on your way to your destination. There is a Subway and McDonald's at this location.

Worst McDonald's. Told me they don't sell chicken after midnight (on a Saturday). When asked why the worker said because they don't get much business after midnight so they only serve an 'after midnight menu'. So if your traveling Rt. 80 and want a chicken sandwich after midnight don't stop here. Keep going to LaSalle peru to Steak and Shake. read more

Absolute worst mcdonalds I've been to. Slow service and I don't know what they do to the fries there but every time I've been there they were nasty go another couple miles to the peru exit it's much better and they have truck parking too and a fuel stop next door read more
