She never smiled, or said hello or thank you. She was sitting there in the kitchen while my pizza was sitting on the oven. Nicki, the store manager, answered and immediately went out to see if she could find it. When we finally got back, she helped us search and even helped us comb through the dumpster. Thank goodness we found them!! The entire team was kind and helpful and went way beyond above and beyond.
