I thought this building would be closer in size to the Farm and Fleet but it is a little smaller. The layout inside is a little confusing and I did have some issues finding where the item was. No one was around to help me. It looks like the store offers coffee and popcorn but I did not try that. Reminds me of the golden ages where I would get free popcorn shopping with my parents at a lot of locations growing up. Eventually, I did find what I needed. The items at the store aren't as well stocked and there are not a huge variety of things but it's good for the average person. Overall, I am sure to return back here especially if I don't want to deal with the traffic closer to Farm and Fleet.

The store in Plano…read moreIl. at 1001 w US highway 34 ripped me off on (4/14/2022) The outside sign had a price of 404.9 for regular with car wash. I filled up and chose a car wash. Price looked a little high. I checked the receipt it was $4.349 I got 13.455 gallons. I went inside to ask the clerk about the difference. She would not refund the difference. She told me the correct price was 439.9 but the sign was 404.9 because she did not know how to change it. Is this Shell Oil's policy?

The attendant talked down to this man looked at him and was becoming angry with the customer. The customer did complete the transaction and went out to pump his gas. As he was walking out the attendant was shaking his head. The customer later struggled with the pumps. The attendant went out told him what to do to resolve the problem. While he may have helped, he came back in swearing under breath and stating how "people are incompetent".

Yorkville, which is located in Kendall County, IL has one of the lowest gas prices in the region. I've stopped here many times on way to or from the Kendall County Courthouse. It's also located only a mile or two from the Raging Waves Water Park. The only bad thing I have to say is I tried their car wash the other day and wasn't very impressed. However there is a $3 car wash place just a block further down 34.
