Price looked a little high. I checked the receipt it was $4.349 I got 13.455 gallons. I went inside to ask the clerk about the difference. She would not refund the difference. She told me the correct price was 439.9 but the sign was 404.9 because she did not know how to change it. Is this Shell Oil's policy?

She never smiled, or said hello or thank you. She was sitting there in the kitchen while my pizza was sitting on the oven. The store wasnt busy, she asked me my nane then rolled her eyes and handed me the box with one hand and the box was slanted downward so the pizza skid to one end. It wasnt an accident. Never saw her before and i dont think shes a usual store employee but could be a new hire. Either way, her behavior and distain are unacceptable. Do Better!

The gas here is usually cheaper than in Yorkville, and while more expensive than in Plano, it is much closer to rt 47. I'm certain I'll be buying gas here again.

I have filled my car from this station for several years. Even when the pumps are not working and…read moreyou have to go inside to pay first( last month for a week) or there is no paper in the pump so you have to go inside for a receipt. Today there were people there working on the pumps. I filled up my vehicle as I have done in the past with regular fuel. The green light was on this selection. As I watched the pump I was shocked as to why it was $15 more than normal, so I looked at the receipt and I was charged for premium. I have never put premium in my car. I went inside and asked and they went outside and asked the workmen working on the pumps! Of course they had no idea. No offer of a credit or refund. This is the last time I will go there. There's a Mobil station across the street and I will be giving them my business.
