I would give 0 stars. I called and asked if they take personal items and i was told yes. I brought about 8 items in and they messed almost all up. They fixed some and made them even worse. Got names wrong on wrong items, did colors wrong. When picking the items up James told me he does not normally take personal items. This was not told to me. He also said he usually lets people pick their own colors but I did not have that option. He would not reimburse me for the daughters swimsuit that they messed up. The color is wrong and there are now holes in it. He told me it was the best they could do with matching it. Terrible customer service. He was very unfriendly and rude. Also took 2-3 weeks to get them finished and I was told it would be 1 week. read more

Horrible customer service and poor attention to detail! I have been using rocksports since 2006. I've always had good experiences until this time and it blows it all out of the water with how I was treated. I had shirts I needed printed for a team event and had clarified when I needed them by no problem. I approved the print which is below in the screenshot. It came time to get the shirts and the colors are TOTALLY wrong, they are NAVY not turquoise. The gentleman at the front tried to argue with me and tell me they are the same. WHAT?! That's not even what has me upset. With them being wrong they couldn't have them fixed in time for the actual event we had. I was told if I reprinted they would give me a 20% refund for the inconvenience. Here we are almost 2 weeks after the initial mess up and now they are saying no partial refund and that "they reprinted them even though other girls like the blue on the mess up shirt. Umm I don't care if other girls like that navy. That's not the color I ASKED for as a customer. They were horrible and despite trying to handle this professionally they operate in bad business. I will never use them again and if you want a project done correctly I wouldn't either. They don't verify pms colors and just wing it, if it's wrong it's your fault. TERRIBLE! Initially I was skeptical about bringing my business to RocKSports, but I was desperate and needed my screen printing and embroidery done quickly. I called in to the store and spoke with James, he explained the art just as I envisioned. Unfortunately, I never met James, but he provided a far better service than I expected from reading the reviews + a lower price than we discussed over the phone. Katie greeted my son and I on our 1st visit to drop off our gear. Katie was extremely pleasant! When discussing the details she told me truth, not just what I wanted to hear. RockSport completed my order a day earlier than promised and I am extremely happy with their quality of work and customer service. I have ordered now twice from this company and both times its been a bit of a mess. They have an excuse for everything (ie. that person doesnt work here enough, that person works at the other office, your order is too small and we dont do well with small orders... etc etc etc.). My shirts came out great! I needed 10 shirts very quickly and they were done the same day. I just wish that there was better communication as to which location I could pick the shirts up at. I called the N Austin location, they were done in RR, I went to go pick them up in RR only to find that they had been sent to N Austin. Besides that, they were great! read more

So disappointed! I ordered 50 shirts with a deadline of Wednesday for a local high school cross country team (was passing them out at practice Thursday morning). Wednesday afternoon I got a call saying the wrong shirts came in, but they were the same price so could they just use them. On a deadline, I said ok. But no way to get them done that day, but he could do them overnight and have them Thursday morning at 8:00. It would be tight, because practice was over at 8:30 a.m., but again I said ok. At 8:05 a.m. Thursday morning, I'm in their store ready to pick them up but they are "not quite finished". I asked if I could at least see one of the shirts since it was different from what I ordered. James brought me what was essentially a plain t-shirt, instead of the performance running shirt I wanted. He said it was pretty much the same. (It wasn't). I said fine, how much longer. James did not know, but could call me in an hour or so when they were done. No good, because practice was ending in 20 minutes, and I'm now in a major bind. So with attitude and contempt dripping from his pores, he said "So what am I supposed to do about it?". Wow. Nice. At that point my phone rings, and it's my wife wondering how awesome the shirts look. I told her I don't know, they weren't done yet, and I may just cancel them. (You know, running my mouth in frustration, etc.) So James jumps in and says "Well tell me if you want to cancel and we'll send them back". How can they be sent back if most have been printed, I query. Have you even started? "Well no, not yet, but I can do them next." Order cancelled, trust destroyed, Yelpiverse notified. Ugh. read more

I found this company with a Google search. After comparing pricing with online, Etsy, etc., I called and spoke with someone about how much it would cost roughly for 8 shirts for a bachelorette party (I know, so much fun). I asked for price matching in order to shop local, but they ended up having roughly the same pricing albeit slightly higher for gold foil lettering. PROS: They only charged me for 8 shirts, they were ready by the date I needed them, and Joe Looze who worked on them replied via email quickly. The gold foil text looked good. CONS: I initially emailed Joe Looze back and forth for a few days requesting more information. He was very quick to respond to email, although rude and short at times. For example, when I asked for an official quote through email it was like I was unconvincing him. I don't know about you, but typing "each shirt is $16" in email doesn't qualify as an official quote and won't hold up most likely should the prices suddenly be different on the invoice... Once Joe and I worked out the details for the shirts I approved the order through email to him, then called the store and approved them with a woman and made payment with my credit card. I got an email a few days later saying the shirts I had picked out didn't come in XL or XS, even though the website said they did. After reviewing all the emails, I figured out that they had actually put the wrong kind of shirt on the order, so I asked them to correct it back to the original type of shirt I had requested. After not hearing anything back for about a week and a half, I sent an email to Joe asking when the shirts would be ready. He soon sent an email back to me accusing me of never ordering them in the first place. I'm scared at this point because the party is about a week away. He then sends another email around an hour later saying sorry, he overlooked the email and the shirts will be ready ASAP. Some advice- check your email before telling someone they didn't send you one. Or better yet- check your orders with the lady who takes payments/orders from people. Lastly, I called around 2 days after receiving his last email to get an ACTUAL DATE of completion for the shirts. Keep in mind there's about 4 days left before they're needed. Joe was short yet again and said that he had already told me as soon as possible. Great. I get it. But if ASAP isn't in 4 days then I'd like my money back. And really? You can't just give me an ETA of completion? Some more advice: give an actual, quantifiable date to your customers that they can count on. ASAP can be in 6 weeks or 6 days, so act like a legitimate business and provide a timeframe. When I went to pick up the shirts the woman at the front desk was nice. It was a quick checkout process and the shirts looked good. Overall I would never order shirts from them again because their system seems extremely disorganized, not to mention dealing with Joe was unpleasant at times. It was stressful dealing with them. I have not yet received my sweatshirts but James has been so incredibly helpful and patient. The price is right, all emails are returned in a promptly, he is redoing some per changes *I* had to make. It has just been an absolute pleasure dealing with him. They were made in Round Rock, but are being transferred to their Lakeline office to make it easier for me to pick up. This team saved us in a pinch right before our wedding (small, detailed, custom job with 2 weeks before the big day). After striking out at several other local businesses due to small order size, non-response, etc - my fiancé and I stopped in RockSports in the hopes that they could help us. Not only were they extremely friendly, helpful and professional during that visit, but the followup from Chris in the days after was prompt and thorough, and the price was very reasonable! RockSports was recommended to us by several friends and we will be recommending them to everyone we know - we can't say enough good things! This is honestly the first review I've ever given as I am not a negative person. However, this company is not one I would recommend. They advertise based on Christian principles...please do all Christians a favor and stop relating the service you provide with Jesus. They make promises and don't deliver. Then, they tell you it's either your fault for not placing the order sooner or they just offer excuse after excuse once their lies have been brought to the surface. They will tell you that an order has shipped when it hasn't and then weeks later you still don't have what you need. Please, if you are reading this, find another company who will at least be honest when a mistake has been made. Mistakes are inevitable.....it's how you handle them that matters! read more

Stay away. They do great work until they botch a job, then they take no responsibility for it. I have taken quite a few jerseys in the past just to get a heat pressed #1 on the back until my last experience. This simple job was a customer service nightmare that cost me $60 when all I came in for was a $3 number. I took in a brand new(with tags still attached) Addidas goalkeeper jersey in to the RR location to have the #1 put on. They transferred a yellow #1 when I requested a white #1. Then they said it can be easily redone. They tore a hole in the jersey during removal and transferred a white #1 over the hole. There were glue stains left behind all over the back of the jersey, needless to say, the jersey was ruined. When I brought the issue up to the person in charge he said he would give me a $30 store credit (the jersey cost me $60) for anything in the store. Since I didn't have use for any of there other products or services I just asked that the jersey be replaced or be compensated the $60 for the cost of the jersey(i provided a receipt proving what I paid for it). The person in charge then became irate and said I was being "unreasonable and to get the hell out of his store". So now, Im out $60. I still have the jersey, buts it is just to show what crappy customer service they have and to tell this story every chance I get. The jersey goes with me to every game in my gear bag to show EVERYONE, including my daughters youth team to spread the word to other parents, coaches and team managers. read more

I took in a jersey last Saturday to have a name put across that back and numbers put on the front and back. The girl was less than helpful, but assured me that the man who does the work would call and let me know a price estimate and when it would be finished. I told her that I needed it by September 9, and she stated that that would not be a problem, that they were booked up on Monday, but would complete it on Tuesday. I never got a call back, so I called them on Wednesday afternoon. The lady that answered the phone, Annette, was very rude and told me that they would not have the jersey done by the 9th. I told her what I was told when I dropped it off, and she said 'well the person that works weekends doesn't know'. I then told her that I would call around to see if I would be able to get it done anywhere else in the time frame that I needed. She said, 'you'll never find anywhere to do it'. I did in fact find a place to get it done, so I called back to tell her that I would be stopping in to pick it up later that afternoon. Her reply was, 'Perfect'. Really??? You don't care about losing business. I'm sorry, but if you're going to have employees working the weekends, they need to be aware of what is going on. I would never recommend having work done here. Worst customer service I've encountered in a very long time. read more

I contacted Rocksports to put a print on the front of some shirts we were doing for our Family reunion. I emailed James a PDF of design wanted which happen to have the name of all our family members included. I dropped off the shirts that I wanted printed since we had already put special names on the back of each shirt. A week so later James emailed me the invoice and said they were ready to pick up! I stopped in paid for the shirts and headed home. After I got home I was looking at the shirts and noticed that there were 2 names misspelled and one name missing. I emailed James about the issue and got no response so I called the next day and found out that James was out of the office for a few days and they told me it would be best if I stopped by and talked with Joe. The next day I went into The Round Rock Rocksport and was greeted by Annette and I explained my issue and she started to try to figure out how to fix the problem. Annette then went and got Joe who also started trying to figure out how to fix the issue, I was flying out and need to get the shirts quickly or have them shipped. Joe then stepped into his office to check something and then this man (who I later find out is the owner) walked up and tossed a piece of paper down on the counter towards me and said there was nothing they could do. I looked at and I said are you serious?? He said yes there is nothing they could do then asked why I didn't look at them before I left the store and also asked if I got a proof of the artwork which I said I didn't. He then said i'm sorry nothing he could do since I had bought the shirts somewhere else. I then asked what am I suppose to do with these shirts I can't use because his staff made a mistake??? Not his problem he said...If wanted to go buy new shirts he would reprint .... I then asked for my money back for the shirts that were printed wrong. What an awful way to treat your customers!! He was the rudest man I have ever dealt...Please save yourself time and aggravation and use a different printer!!! read more
