Night & day difference for the non-existant customer service I encountered at the Oak Lawn Home Depot a few weeks ago where they will actually go run & hide if a customer is requesting help! (I kid you not). I even had my little Yorkie with me and no one had any issues with me carrying my dog into a hardware store. I love this place!
