Well let's see just scrolling the photos, whether it maybe Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, Etsy, etc. these are legit! Now for the shocking price as some of you may say, it's not shocking at all for hand made quality from a father and son company. Did I mention veteran owned? That's right this owner is a military veteran! So show some respect to your brother, check out his company's products. I have bought two cutting boards and a pizza cutter! My first cutting board was awesome, but unfortunately my sister-n-law destroyed it in our dishwasher. I know, know, I know, why??? Well I went to one of the Pflugerville shows, and let be known I see this company's products live! Fabulous quality I might say! So I bought myself a bigger and better cutting board! I explained what happened to the previous one. As long as you care take of the product you buy, it will last! My new cutting board still looks great and our pizza cutter is made of durable and great quality. It will slice your pizza perfectly with it's heavy feel. Definitely not something you will find in your local store.

He completed it overnight and let me know that I could pick it up at his shop or he could ship it to me for a reasonable shipping fee. I picked it up less than 24 hours after ordering it! Wow, talk about customer service and exceeding expectations! I had the wonderful opportunity to see his amazing shop, meet his wife and marvel at the creative and beautiful items he and his wife and family are making. Winning combination: great work, fantastic customer service and a beautiful work product! I definitely recommend Spencer's Custom Wood for all your wood-working needs. They also have a wonderful website with lots of pictures. If you can think it up, Spencer's can make it and you will be so happy with the product! Super friendly and professional!

My wife and I had new quartz slabs installed for our kitchen countertops, kitchen backsplash, and…read morebathroom countertop & backsplash. All of the quartz was fabricated and installed by Toluca. This was our first time working on such a project, and it was not cheap. Communicating with Nancy was great from the beginning to the end. She helped answer all of the questions and concerns that came up over a 6 week period while we shopped several suppliers, fabricators, and installers in North Austin. Toluca's quotes were the most competitive by far, and when we thought we had finally chosen our quartz material, Nancy suggested an alternative that was of similar quality and design but more affordable. It was an excellent suggestion, and we went with it. Installation took 2 days and was a very labor-intensive, DUSTY process. Fortunately we weren't living in our home during the installation. Unfortunately, there were a couple major mistakes made. We felt disappointed and immediately communicated the problems to Nancy the next day (Friday before Memorial Day). Nancy assured us that she would share our concerns during a large meeting that same day and that Toluca would resolve the issues. Well, Toluca came out on the following Monday, Memorial Day, to make things right. The final result turned out exactly as we had planned, and we are very pleased with the results. I will note that their installation team could have been more professional by cleaning up after themselves instead of leaving trash and tools behind, and this was also mentioned to Toluca. However, I have to give Toluca credit for standing up to their mistakes and following through to make sure we felt completely satisfied. They certainly did that in several ways, and we appreciate them. I want to give Honorato a shout out because he was enjoyable to interact with, and he helped build my confidence in Toluca. He came out twice for the initial and final measurements before the install, and he came out a third time on Memorial Day to fix the major concerns and a fourth time to fine tune a hole cut that we needed to enlarge. We would consider Toluca again for the future, and we recommend researching them for your countertop project.

In installation, Pablo went above and beyond in making our sink fit in the master bathroom--we had bought what we thought was the right dimensions, but when he pulled out the old one it was flat in back, instead of oval all around. He said he could try to cut it but it might break. We were fine with that risk--and he did a great job. Impressive.

I just came up to my 11 month ownership "walk through" and brought up that my huge Silestone covered island had some issues with the finish. It looked like something was left on it after installation and during the final stages of construction that left streaks all over it. I could not get the streaks off with anything. They sent out a warranty repair worker with Summit to take care of the problem and he did an outstanding job. This fellow went above and beyond - giving me great tips about what to use to take care of the Silestone in the future (diluted Dawn and, for tough stains, Mr. Clean Magic Erasers - who knew?). The streaks, fortunately, were not etching, but some sort of plastic residue. He used a razor blade to clean them all off then washed and cleaned the surface repeatedly until he was satisfied and then buffed it to a shining finish. He clearly took great pride in his work. Definitely a 5 star job.
