But my kids were particularly crazy for glow night. I would never have thought to bring my kids there on a Friday night, as they are only 6 and 8, but they LOVED it! I was surprised that my daughter (severe, non-verbal ASD and likes very few things!) Loved the climbing wall. Very cute trampoline park but smaller than the normal Warehouse size ones. They are working very hard to maintain clean standards during Covid. They offer birthday party packages and catering for events and they do take credit card. Each area is monitored by staff and disinfected. Parking is a bit weird as the driveway and parking is shared by another company. Pricing is decent and starts at hourly or you can purchase hour and half sessions. For older children they do a night jump with black light jewelry etc. read more

Came here with my daughter and her friends. It was 4:30 when I arrived and around 5:00 my daughter and her friends were tired so we go to the cafe and everything is closed! All drinks including water were not available to purchase for the rest of the day. The girls were out of breath and I was also thirsty myself. At this point we're desprate and would take anything so we walk up to the mini melts machine and it says "wait 15 minutes". the machine has been saying that since we got here. We go to the worker and they are extremely rude. The first time I ask about the machine they ignore me. So rude. Never going there again. read more

Stay away from booking a birthday party here. They asking for the full price at the time of booking. If you have to cancel for whatever reason there is no money refund. I talked to the manager and agreed to receive a couple of gift cards $30 each so I can at least give some away since there is no way I'm going to come that often. I'm surprised that this place has 3 stars. This is my preferred location to take the kids I nanny for. I actually prefer this place more than Jump Off only because this place challenges the body to more than just jumping. There's rock climbing, swings, and much more. They may not have an arcade but there's more "action" here and really gets the kids going! There is a very tiny area for toddlers but it's not enclosed. However, there are hours on certain days that's "toddlers only" and they have free reign of the entire area. read more

First off, if I could zero stars I would. I tried to go on the ninja course because I have watched a fair share of ANW (American Ninja Warrior), but I instantly fell down, and as I am a man of size I was unable to get up...picture a turtle who has fallen on his/her back. A little boy walked up to me, and instead of helping me out, laughed at me with a high pitch, like a banshee, he then beckoned to his fellow rockin jumpers to watch "the little pig squeal". I had to ask an employee to help me out of the pit and I have never been more embarrassed. Please Rockin Jump, cater towards people like me, and do better. Edit: since the owner decided to state he has no record of me at his facility that day or ever I feel the need to post more. The owner is the one who screamed in my pregnant friends face when she asked for in ice pack for her child who was just assaulted. If you value your child's safety and morals just stay away and jump elsewhere! This park was visited on 2/13/22. A little boy was punched closed fist right in the face by another child and management shrugged it off as "boys being boys". The child assaulted had visible bruising and wasn't even offered any first aid. Mother of child who assaulted the other child had no repercussions for what her child did. Boycott this place and make them accountable. It is not okay for boys to punch others ever!! read more

I treated my daughter and granddaughters to a good time at this establishment.The staff are super nice. Some of the children are something to be desired. Two girls who thought they owned the place had the nerve to tell my granddaughter to move off their trampoline when she was there first. They were older and should've set a better example of how to exhibit good manners. Two other girls were being nasty to my grandchildren as well. My family are constantly teaching them how to treat others and how to walk away from conflict, but sometimes you want to send some people to the moon. No demon or devil is going to keep us from enjoying ourselves when we are here. I highly recommend this place. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. A child attacked my step son out of no where and just started punching him. Staff wouldn't do anything, wouldn't even get ice for him. The manager finally came over and started giving me an attitude. Seriously? I told him this is unacceptable how he is running his business and he asked me to leave. TERRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO HERE, after coming here for a while it was "ok" but management sucked!!! there are so many problems with this place my family is done. After bringing my kid here it was kinda cheap but not worth it. One day my kid wanted a slushee so I bought them one, that's when my younger child (7 years old) had to go to the bathroom so I brought him to the bathroom while they made the slushee. But when we came out one of the manager's was drinking my kids slushee. At first I assumed it was an honest mistake so I asked for a new slushee in which they denied. So then I said well I didn't get my slushee so at least give me a refund. They also denied me a refund too. So I brought it up to management and their response was to tell me that I was "lying" to get a free slushee. Again terrible place NEVER GO HERE! read more

Had our daughter's bday party. Not a fan. My sister had a bday party at a trampoline park for her daughter in a different place and it was way better. The room the party is in is closed until the kids are done jumping so there is no way to great the guests or have a central location for everyone to resort back to. We recently celebrated my daughters Birthday at this place. Jump time is great but the food is the worst. We ordered pizza for kids and it's too cheesy and the bread is not fully cooked. The staff didn't suggest how much can we order extra based on the head count. Also, the staff is not very inviting. Overall it's a good place for jumping but not a birthday party.. very disappointed. I've been here twice and both times my experiences have been great. It's a great space that is immaculately clean, and has a lot of different options going on. I believe there are like 7 different stations you can go to. Both times I went with a friend, without kids, and it wasn't weird at all. (It helps I'm a woman, let's be honest) I anticipated kids would gawk at weird adults playing in the trampoline park but the kids are so busy having fun that you are free to have fun. Staff are friendly (but they do look a little haggard at times) and genuinely want you to have a good time (but obviously be safe in doing so). I honestly think you need to be 4+ to have fun and be safe here though. Only because every kid I see in there are doing flips and tricks and it makes me scared for really little ones I see that are 1-3 year olds. I also recommend wearing loose, comfy clothes you can move around in if you plan on maximizing your fun. read more

My daughter and I went to Rockin' Jump on a Monday, and enjoyed it so much we went back on Wednesday! I found the environment to be full of energy, but well controlled by employees closely monitoring behavior and ensuring there were no collisions or cracked skulls. Surprisingly, despite it being essentially a huge warehouse filled with sweaty people with bare feet, it seemed clean and didn't smell. It was an inexpensive way to spend an hour or two, and provided a fun outlet for some energy. It was way more crowded on the Wednesday than the Monday; I don't know if that's a pattern or just happenstance, but I'd recommend giving it a try on a Monday to avoid crowds. read more

Great place for kids but looks like it hasn't been cleaned ever. Everything is filthy, I would rather go to the several other similar establishments in the area that are clean. In response to owner, the front of the building was clean. The mats where the kids are jumping are stained with black marks and shiny/sticky areas. When my son came out of the foam pit he had crumbs of food on him that were not his. The cleaning crew may be doing a great job up front but the area where kids were playing is where it needs to be cleaned. read more

This place is overpriced, over crowded and not appropriate for children under 3. Went there with my 18 month old son, there's a small area for younger kids that doesn't have a trampoline and he wanted to actually jump on the trampolines but had to be constantly redirected to follow the rules, which unfortunately defeats the whole purpose of going to places like this. The staff I understand were doing their jobs and well at that in maintaining safety, however either they should NOT charge the same amount for younger children, or there should be a better area for them to jump. Way too many "do not do this, do not do that" from staff to a 3 year old. Definitely a child cannot let loose and have fun at this age. The entire time was no no no. The pit filled with fun shapes literally allowed 30 seconds before being told to get out by staff. Seems they allow 2 children in the pit at a time. And this was at a time of day when there were about 10 children in the entire place. YIKES. I don't know how they handle busy time. Not fun for children of this age. Have been many indoor places where kids of this age can have fun, and play better elsewhere. Will not be back. Other than that, front desk very helpful, pleasant. My son as well as other little kids his age or hurt in the dodge ball area because a kid more than twice his age was pelting kindergarteners as hard as he could. The staff was stretched thin and there wasn't one staff member per area so kids were constantly getting hurt due to older kids being mixed with younger kids. We have been here twice now for open jump over the last month. I find it frustrating that they require you to purchase their socks for jump time. We have multiple pairs of jump socks from various places and they are adequate aside from the fact they don't spell out "Rockin Jump". It's a little ridiculous and greedy on their part in my opinion. Also was turned off by the fact that the second time we came in for open jump on a Wednesday the cashier didn't even bother to remind us of the buy one hour get one hour free deal. My two stars go to the cleanliness of this place and the friendly front desk staff. The rest of the staff were horrible. The staff needs to be trained on how to deal with toddlers, you can't just talk to them like they're a grown kid. That paired with the excessive policing has almost guaranteed that I won't visit again. I mean, you deal with children, where are all the friendly faces?
