Amazing place for ALL ages!! super clean, great staff and endless things to do. My grandsons absolutely loved it!!!

    Having a great time!

I am delighted to have found FunZ! With covid (and bad weather) we had been so cooped-up. This was the perfect place for our grandchildren to have a great time (us too!). The staff was lovely. It was not too crowded (10am on a Sunday) and everything was clean and open and super fun. We are definitely going back!

Yelp post on Fun City!…read more Absolute Perfection for a Large Group Celebration! My husband Dave and I highly recommend Fun City Trampoline Park in New Britain! To celebrate the incredible reading and writing progress of our students, the Lauren E. Avezzie Charitable Foundation treated 22 enthusiastic Grade 2-5 superstars from our Room 102B FaceTime Reading Class to a high-energy hour of pure joy right in their hometown. These bright kids did it all! They flew high on the trampolines, tackled the ninja obstacle course, challenged each other on the Slam Ball court, and tested their balance on the beams over the soft foam pits. They also conquered the zip lines, tire swings, ropes course, and climbing rock walls, ending the session with a spin through the arcades and massive slides. ‍ Because "it takes a village," we were absolutely thrilled to see so many Lincoln Elementary School parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles show up to cheer on our readers. Watching the families, our two dedicated teachers, and our wonderful school principal, Gina Cavallo, cheering the kids on from the sidelines and in the party room was truly heartwarming. It beautifully reminded me of this quote: "Children need the freedom and time to play. Play is not a luxury. Play is a necessity." -- Eleanor Brown A massive "hats off" to the Fun City manager, Victor, and his phenomenal staff! They truly went the extra mile to ensure that our students were safely enjoying the trampolines and that their pizza party and award ceremony ran seamlessly. Fun City generously provided delicious pepperoni and cheese pizzas, water bottles, ice cream, and a $5 arcade gift card for every single student. Thank you, Fun City, for partnering with us to make learning--and celebrating success--so incredibly meaningful! We will definitely be back.

The price was very affordable compared to other play gyms. For 3-5 yr olds, the facility was very suitable. They even have a cute virtual reality game that the kids loved. I found the place to be very clean. I did not see the bathrooms but I didn't hear anything bad about them either. Since the party we have been back once. It is a great weekend activity. We planned the party pretty late so the only time slot for that day was 5pm. We were given 2 hours and each child gets tokens for the specials ( virtual reality, bumper cars, etc). Kids must wear socks. Parents/ Adults are not allowed on the bounce equipment. There are a few benches for sitting that keep you in close proximity to keep an eye on your little. Most parents just stand along the side. They also have a few table and chairs in the arcade game area. My only issue was parking. It is located in a small shopping mall and down a little hill. So unloading all the stuff for the party had our car right in front of the door, blocking people from entering. I did find out that there was parking behind but it's a little out the way.

Always had to sanitize her before and after as this is common sense being in a facility that has many children and many areas where germs can grow. As her MiMi, I am always very aware of this and try not to be too concerned. But I feel it is my responsibility to make sure the facility is responsible in the cleanliness and safety of the children who enjoy this park. While most of the facility appears clean to the naked eye, I did notice some things that really concerned me. The restrooms have multiple stalls that are marked 'Out of Order' and have been. The sanitizers throughout the building are mostly empty with only a few working. The foam pit is not only difficult to get out of the foam also smells. Yesterday, we noticed a dirty bandaid on the climbing stairs. Lastly, the room designated for Toddlers Only is a petri- dish. Many items are duct taped or just plain dirty. She is not allowed to use this room even though she fits the toddler criteria. Its too unkempt. This Trampoline park can be a vital part for kids of all ages to enjoy the release of energy they so desperately need especially with Winter coming. A good steam cleaning of the whole building should be the 1st priority the owner should do ! The staff has ALWAYS been helpful and respectful. Offering any help or guidance on everything! They are not responsible for the cleanliness of the facility as a whole. The owner is responsible for the safety and cleanliness of his business. If something doesn't change and change quickly a wonderful, fun and entertaining way for children and their families will be looking for somewhere else to go . We will be going back with the hope that changes will be made! Keep Jumping! As far as the music, you can't make everyone happy eith so many different ages. it's far from club music. As long as there is no cussing, keep on dancing!

We visited as guests for a birthday party. The facility is spacious with lots of fun activities,…read moreand the kids had a great time overall. However, I think the staff need better training and more consistent supervision. The ball pit is about 3 feet deep, which can be difficult for younger toddlers to climb out of. I witnessed a mother ask a staff member for help because her toddler was stuck. Instead of assisting, the staff member simply stepped into the ball pit and asked the toddler if they could climb out. The child was clearly unable to, which was the reason the mother had asked for help in the first place. In the end, the mother had to climb into the ball pit herself to get her child. Then at the race car track, staff allowed toddlers who were below the recommended height to ride. I personally didn't think this was a major safety concern since the cars have seat belts. However, after one toddler had started riding, the staff asked the child's mother to remove them because they couldn't drive properly. I understand that other children were waiting (including mine), but if staff decide to allow younger children to participate, they should let them enjoy the full experience unless the parent chooses to end it early. The most disappointing experience happened at the Sky Rider attraction. Children under the height requirement were being allowed to ride, but when it was my son's turn, he was stopped and told he was too small. The child in front of him was visibly shorter and had already been allowed to ride several times. Naturally, my son was very upset. I spoke with the staff member to understand why the rules were applied differently. His response was that after he made the comments, he let my son ride once, but "he got sour and ran away." That comment was unnecessary and unprofessional. My son is on the spectrum, and assumptions like that can be especially hurtful. More importantly, all children should be treated fairly. Overall, the playground itself is excellent and offers plenty for kids to enjoy. My biggest concern is the lack of professionalism in some staff interactions.

But my kids were particularly crazy for glow night. I would never have thought to bring my kids there on a Friday night, as they are only 6 and 8, but they LOVED it! I was surprised that my daughter (severe, non-verbal ASD and likes very few things!) Loved the climbing wall. She never showed interest before, but maybe special lighting and glow stuff made it more of a sensory experience for her?? IDK. But thrilled with this place nonetheless! Thanks Emily! (Maybe we can start up some sensory events for special kiddos here?) (The pic is of my son, but you get it...)

They offer birthday party packages and catering for events and they do take credit card. Each area is monitored by staff and disinfected. Parking is a bit weird as the driveway and parking is shared by another company. Pricing is decent and starts at hourly or you can purchase hour and half sessions. For older children they do a night jump with black light jewelry etc.
