I had my daughters birthday party here. It was an easy booking. Andre was very helpful. They were able to provide gluten free and regular pizza. The price was very affordable compared to other play gyms. For 3-5 yr olds, the facility was very suitable. They even have a cute virtual reality game that the kids loved. I found the place to be very clean. I did not see the bathrooms but I didn't hear anything bad about them either. Since the party we have been back once. It is a great weekend activity. We planned the party pretty late so the only time slot for that day was 5pm. We were given 2 hours and each child gets tokens for the specials ( virtual reality, bumper cars, etc). Kids must wear socks. Parents/ Adults are not allowed on the bounce equipment. There are a few benches for sitting that keep you in close proximity to keep an eye on your little. Most parents just stand along the side. They also have a few table and chairs in the arcade game area. My only issue was parking. It is located in a small shopping mall and down a little hill. So unloading all the stuff for the party had our car right in front of the door, blocking people from entering. I did find out that there was parking behind but it's a little out the way. read more

What an amazing place for kids!! We went on a Monday over spring break & were one of the only families there so the kids were thrilled to have the place almost to themselves! We loved that they had bounce houses suitable for kids under 3! The kids absolutely loved all of the different themed bounce houses, the UFO bumper cars and the arcade. Great, bright, clean, fun place for children, but I was bored. Learned of this place from a nearby restaurant, so went on a whim. There was a nice variety of inflatables. I only knew about the bounce houses rented for parties, but these were much more elaborate than that; a slide, rock climbing, etc... I would have loved to participate, but adults are not allowed to "bounce." Other than the awkward parking, that's where this place falls short. There is nothing for adults to do while the kids "bounce" and there isn't really any activity where the adults can interact with the children; but that can easily be solved by improving the arcade with a few interactive or 2 player games. Overall a great place! It was reasonably priced and the staff was amazing; Very attentive and personable with excellent customer service! Children love it here! read more

I hate Bounce Town. It is blinding bright with dark corners. It is dirty and feels claustrophobic. The signage outside is creepy. I hate it there. My children love play places like this, and so my husband has occasionally taken them there without me because I hate it there. The last time my 5 year old daughter went, a rowdy child who was not be properly supervised pushed her off of a high step. I called to complain about no one speaking to him or stopping him from being unsafe before the incident and they were less than sympathetic, siting their waiver. We go to a lot of these indoor playgrounds, and that's one has definite pros and cons. First, it's not a great place for a three year old. That's because the types of inflatable's available don't all actually work for him, and there's no separation or distinguishment between them. The second thing I don't like is that some of the inflatables allow the kids to get to places that you can't see them, which, in our case meant that my boy went through, many times, ended up, escaping without me, knowing and I spent a bad 15 minutes looking for him. There are also a lot of things that you can pay money for here aside from admission, which is also something of a downer if you just want the kid to play rather than pestering for more of the extra-charge items. read more

My children had a good time here, but I couldn't wait to get out. It's very claustrophobic and the loud noise of the air blowers mixed with music is frustrating, because you can't have a conversation without raising your voice. There are really dark spaces and absolutely no natural light coming in (No windows...perhaps this contributes to the claustrophobic feel). Many of the machines and activities were not working. It's a strange hodgepodge of inflatables, arcade games, and odd machines. I found it difficult to look after two children at once because there's only one path across the room, and a lot of people trying to walk in different directions. The visibility is not good. I filled out a waiver ahead of time, and the employees didn't even ask me about whether or not I had. This place is very cute for school aged children and I'm sure they could spend quite a large amount of time being self entertained. However, I don't think that it is an entertaining place for toddlers or teenagers. We went to a birthday party on a Saturday and noticed that the price for the parties ranged between $295 and $495. Unfortunately, the higher priced packages have the same timing which is only an hour and 45 minutes. Once that time is up you can still bounce around apparently but I have a toddler, so I didn't stay much longer. There's a ton of workers walking around and the place is pretty well staffed. I did notice that we were just able to walk by the front desk without being questioned, so I don't know how well they do making sure everyone signs the waivers. They charge you 15.00 to get in but now only have 4 inflatables worth going on because they've added additional activities you have to 5.00 extra for. Stopped by for about 2 hours. I am not sure why but there was constant "supervision" by staff members. It felt a little weird to be monitored but I got used to it after a while. The kids weren't bothered, obviously, because they were so busy playing. In terms of the facilities, it seemed generally clean but I smelled old cigarettes so that was gross. My older kid had the most fun with the dodgeball thing. Bouncers were fun for my younger boy, so they both had something to play with. Went here in January and it was freezing. There are workers that look at every kids move and I felt a little uncomfortable. I feel as if this place had too many bouncy houses that were meant for older kids like in the 7 and up range. The ones for smaller kids were just jumpy ones with no activity involved. There is only 1 bounce house for younger than 3. Its cool that they have arcade games and toys to play with though. Don't think I'll go here again since there are better and warmer bounce houses but it's ok if you live nearby. read more

I had my daughters bday party at Bounce Town a few weeks ago and the place was absolutely perfect. The staff was very nice, attentive to the kids, and helpful. We had to make several trips from the car to bring decorations and food etc into the facility and without even being asked the staff came outside and helped us bring things in. We rented the Hollywood room, we had approximately 40 people (including adults) and it was more than enough room and chairs for everyone. The facility was very clean and safe for the kids and the kids had an absolute blast running around and trying the different activities there.the staff were very patient and great with the kids. My sister-in-law and I wanted to find a central meeting place for a playdate with her grandson, age 2, and my daughter, age 12, so we chose Bounce Town because it was about 1/2 hour away from each of us. The kids don't get to see each other that often, so this seemed like a good spot. The place is way smaller than I expected and only has about 4 actual inflatables that don't cost an additional fee. The rest of the area is filled with a bungee jump trampoline, two huge inflatable rock walls, and an arcade, all of which will cost you more than the $15.00 admission price. The place is run by a staff of young people who are all Virgos (I am a Virgo, too, so I know of what I speak). That's the only assumption I can make based on their pedantic adherence to rules that aren't necessarily what they have advertised online. It's like they're just waiting for you--the grown ups--to screw up and break one of the dozens of rules that are posted every 2 feet. For example, we attempted to take my nephew into the toddler area to get him acclimated. There we were immediately stopped at the entrance by a young male employee who probably would have been better served as a prison guard. He allowed my sister in law, my nephew and me in, but wasn't going to allow my 12 year old in the area. When we insisted to him that she was only going sit and watch her cousin, he flatly refused to let her in. We came to Bounce Town together. I wasn't about to let my 12 year old be isolated from the rest of us. Isn't this supposed to be a family establishment? We finally convinced the young man to let her in to the area to sit and watch her cousin. He proceeded to watch us all eagle eye as if we were about to commit some unimaginable offense. I'm a 50 year old teacher; it's safe to say I'm not a threat. I also understand the need for rules given that there will always be those who break them, but there were literally about 5 people in the place at that point. I'm not sure isolating families is the way to go. Further, my sister in law was not allowed to assist her grandson on the larger inflatables, which is the practice at most of these types of establishments, despite the fact that the website says adults can assist toddlers during special times. Upon further investigation, we found out that the advertising is wrong. Having a specially designated time for toddler assistance isn't an option in the summer, something that really should be spelled out in the website. Had we known this, we never would have come. All my nephew needed was a couple of times on the larger inflatables with his grandmother to get acclimated; then he would have gone on with his cousin. The staff is friendly enough, but almost overly solicitous. Like those servers in restaurants who come to your table 100 times to check to see how everything is. I also felt like I was being watched like a criminal at all times. The staff literally follow you around like ducklings. Again, I'm a middle aged woman. I wasn't about to go rogue and throw myself onto the inflatables in an act of wanton defiance. Their attention would be better placed watching children whose parents' faces are glued to their cell phones than following around adult women who are obviously very closely supervising their children. We left Bounce Town USA very disappointed. There wasn't enough to keep my 12 year old interested, my nephew was quickly bored with the toddler area, but wasn't comfortable enough for the larger inflatables, and my sister in law and I felt like we were being stalked by the staff. The seating areas for adults amounts to hard, wooden boxes. If you're not letting adults on inflatables--which I get--at least give them someone comfy to sit on. Monkey Joe's in Hamden is a far better choice for your money. read more

Had my daughters 6th birthday party here, the kids had a great time! It was clean and there was no shortage of things to do! Garrett was our party host, he kept the kids entertained the entire time, served all the kids pizza & cake... I got to enjoy the guests instead of doing all the work... it was great! Bounce houses are definitely geared to older kids, around 7 or up. We went with a few three year olds who were too old for their toddler play area and too young for everything else. All the reviews about staff watching your every move is completely accurate. There are arcade games as you walk in, which at ten dollars a head and then putting games that cost money in the kids' faces is ruthless. The toys inside the machine were filthy and discolored. The climbing wall and bungy set up cost extra. And the adults couldn't accompany on any of the bounce houses that weren't in the toddler section, which made it impossible for them to go in anything. I would recommend Monkey Joe's in Hamden, they allow adults to help children in all the bounce houses and they don't watch the crowds like they're criminals. I should also mention the smell, which was a cross of cigarette smoke and dirt. read more

This place is really great. It's brightly lit, very clean, everything looks very new, and the people who work here are super helpful. the owner was working the front counter when I came and he was very friendly. Then, as we were playing my baby was wrapped to me sleeping and my toddler was running around faster than I could keep up, and the staff were extraordinarily helpful in keeping up with him and making sure he was safe. my friends who were with me and their children were also helps a lot by the staff, and every time one of our children was on one of the bounce structures there was always a staff person they're monitoring in the picture people were safe. they have a $40 package that's actually a really good deal. It's also open at a good time- ten am, so you can get your playing in and be home in time for nap. read more

Went to Bouncetown Milford,CT with my daughter and her cousin, from the pictures and website thought it would be better then seen. Sheesh!, I had a crazy experience there, it was $16.99 for all day play which I thought there wasn't really much to do, kids were ready to go before 1 hr because there wasn't anything else to do and the machines for the games kept taking all my coins. The kids were getting upset and so was I. The kids didn't have a great time there and neither did I. I can find an over priced place for them to play where there is fun for them with enough to keep them entertained and food to eat. read more
