Ate here over the weekend and I have to give the fried catfish and shrimps a 10/10 food was freshly cooked. I ordered 6 raw oysters and they were good as well. I had the fish bowl drink and it was worth every bit of the $25 read more

I'm outside eating on their back patio for lunch and some homeless guy peaks his head around our table and asks us if we have money for him to eat. It ruined the whole experience. Also, the music is too loud and sounds like music played at an 90's R&B/Hip-Hop crowd. I'll never come back and never recommend. There are other spots around that are much better. read more

The music was nice and the outdoor seating was comfortable. The waitress we had wasn't very good. We were waiting for condiments a long time. The food was bland. I don't think I'll be visiting again. read more

Food was good on a scale from 1-10 I'll give it an 8 the food was kind of too buttery but good and hot and seasoned well. I got the Gucci margarita and it was STRONG and straight to the point ‍ very good read more

Great food and drinks. We were actually seated with 5 mins and had good customer service by Christopher. Onion rings and okra has a nice breading on them and fried to perfection. I ordered the low country boil, husband and family had the fried shrimp & fish, with a veggie boil on side (corn, potatoes and eggs in the rockin special) Ambiance nice with good music and we would come back. Sorry No pictures. read more

This place is one of my favorite restaurants in Augusta. It was very on a Friday night. Our server was nice and very attentive. The drinks were very good too! I loved the lemon drop martin. I had a boil with shrimp, crab legs and sausage, hot with all the Seasonings! It was fye! The lemon pepper wings were fye too. Great food and atmosphere. read more

I have been to May crab restaurant and this one is at the top of the list. The flavor of the Rockin' sauce is amazing the crabs. The service was friendly, knowledgeable and made great drink suggestions that we loved. This is the perfect spot to watch a game and get good food. With the music, seating and food offerings this is a seafood sports bar so be ready with an appetite. read more

I can't say anything bad about the food but the service is the worse if you're willing to wait two later than your reservation by all means wait but you're gonna wait another hour for your food and drinks by the time everyone in the party was served it was closing time our order wasn't complete nor the drinks 28 shots were ordered they server came back after two and said the bar was closed and later brought out weak shots in the condiment cups what a low class establishment read more

VERY unprofessional. Me and my family came in yesterday at 11:30, not knowing that they opened at 12, we were politely told by the hostess that they opened at 12 and that we could sit in the waiting area if we wanted to. Me and my family decided to just wait in our car until then. As we were walking out the door the owner came running after us yelling and telling us to come back, which quite frankly scared me and my family and made us uncomfortable. Then she began ridiculing the staff about how they are open and to seat the guests and that the kitchen had been open since 11 yet our food took a long time to come out still. For this being our first time coming to this restaurant we were unimpressed by the professionalism, not by our server because bre was amazing! yet by the people who run it. read more

I went in right after they opened for lunch, ordered low country boil it took over 40 to get order I ordered xtra sausage with it there was no melted butter or lemon or cracker for the crab legs the sausage was cut wafer thin( I've never seen it cut this way before) it wasn't cheap almost 40.00 dollars for lunch that wasn't even so-so, I had to ask for xtra napkins and there were no moist towelettes to clean your hands afterwards, there are too many places to get boil in a bag crab dishes in the area that are a lot better fr the money read more

The food was very basic definitely no competition to the other "Crab" spots. I was given the wrong thing and was expected to keep it. My waiter Von was very inexperienced he took the order and brought it back saying the manager told him to give it back to me. I've never seen this before and I was very upset..I will never go back there and won't recommend it to anyone! No one ever came to the table to sew what was wrong. So I paid for something I didn't eat. It horrible experience! read more

Really enjoyed the food. Got the snow crab legs in butter garlic sauce with medium spice. So good! Comes to your table in a steam bag. Also got fried catfish and shrimp with regular fries. Seasoned well and fries came out piping hot. Highly recommend you check it out... read more

The absolute WORST place to go on a date... because you're gonna be tearing that food up. I can't speak for the other things on the menu, but the seafood boils are the best I've ever had. I love that you're able to customize basically everything and they never go light with the seasoning. Just be prepared to be walking out wearing it lol. read more

Was pretty good the crab leg bags they have on deck was banging!!!!! Rock the crab that way

This place had the fastest service I have ever experienced. The all in one sauce was good too. I had a 1/2 lb of shrimp and 1/2 sausage. It was amazing! If in town again I would definitely eat here again. read more

Went here about a week ago the Fried calamari was pretty good! the sauce in my boil was a bit weak though it wasn't to bad though.

Looks nice on outside but my experience is the food is borderline gross. The clam chowder was just bad, very fishy tasting. My wife ate one bite of her fish and then just ate the French fries (which were very good). On the way in there was a fist fight in the parking lot (obviously not restraints fault). I'd be surprised if the rockin crab lasts without some serious changes in quality read more

Food was cold! service was horrible. I wish I remember the ladies name had an attitude. The whole time was very ignorant towards us. Will never go back there again. I suggest you find another seafood place to go to. Also, my drink was water down taste just like ice and I paid for liquor. I ordered a piña colada iced down with no alcohol! read more

First I like that they write the name of your wait staff on the paper so I can remember it. Second I like that the atmosphere is bright with no one writing all over the furniture. I like that there was someone who wasn't my waitress that came and got our empty plates. I like that we didn't have to ask for utensils to eat our crabs. The crab legs were delicious. I don't like that the to go order was not what I ordered. But I liked that they fixed it with no problem. Fortunately I hadn't gotten all the way back home. The fried fish was good too. This will be my seafood place. read more

It was alright. The wait time is not necessarily worth the food or quality of service. Very standard run of the mill steamer bag food with over inflated prices. The snow crab legs were delicious but the overall experience was not worth the hype. read more

We decided to try a new us restaurant. Totally disappointing. It's pretty hard to screw up fish and chips. The fish breading was more flour and there was too much of a lemon flavor in the fish. The flavor was not pleasant. Our server was very short and rude as well. read more

The food tasted good, but the customer service was awful and it has been awful for a long time. I've been here more than 4 times and each time the service had gotten worse. read more

The food was horrible. Shrimp and crab legs were over cooked. The blue crab looked like they were boiled and not steamed. The seasoning was overly salted. Our waitress was very nice, unfortunately we could t eat the food. The place was clean and friendly. read more

We used to come here a lot, however since our favorite server, Sage, is no longer there, I will not be going back. They lost such a good server-She was always so attentive, courteous, full of joy, and gave such good customer service. I wish that she was still there. read more

This is my first ever review of a restaurant. The experience was so awkward that I decided I needed to share. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon (7/31/22). It was quite busy in the restaurant. The 3 of us sat at the bar. My father stepped away to the restroom when we got there. The only interaction we had with any members of the staff there were letting the hostess know we would sit at the bar, then letting the bartender know we had a 3rd person with us when she handed us the two menus as my mother and I sat down. After that, both bartenders seemed to blatantly ignore us for the next 20-30mins we sat there patiently waiting to even put a drink order in. A couple came in after us and were served almost immediately as the bartenders and other employees continued to walk right past us saying nothing. After they caught up the whole bar (besides us) with everything they needed, one bartender just stood in the corner looking around, still never acknowledging us. We finally decided we should leave, as it was clear they were just not going to serve us. I was really looking forward to the food as it smelled wonderful. I urge the management to please do a better job of selecting employees and making sure your customers are taken care of. read more

Food Is Fantastic, However The Music Needs To Alternate To All Genres And Not Just A Whole Meal Of Hip Hop...

Don't waste your time 2x eating here and the shrimp are always under cooked and not seasoned well! Best bet is to go to TOP CRAB where you'll get quality for the same price and the atmosphere is magnificent read more

We arrived at Rockin Crab in 4/16/23 around 4:30 pm. Ten minute wait to be seated, perfect. We got seated at table A7. No servers stopped by for 15 minutes, then one stopped be and said it wasn't her table but she would take our drink order. We later learned that we were seated at a table that was not being serviced. So we place our appetizer order along with our entree order. We received our entree order before the appetizer order and did not get our drink order till we were half done eating. The food was good and hot except that when we ordered Cajun fries, we got regular fries. I probably will not be returning. read more

THIS PLACE IS NOT ALLERGY FRIENDLY! The waitress Gina was great, it was her second day and she was on a roll! My friend is allergic to fresh garlic and we had to send her bag back 2 times because they still put garlic in it. We asked the manager how we would be accommodated for the wait and the fact that an allergy attack could've happened and were informed there was nothing they could do. They also fired Gina after giving her a party of 10 on her second day of work but told her she has to work the party of 10 first then she needed to go home. The food also wasn't good -1/10 would not go back. read more

my boyfriend and i visited this place on a monday night & it was poppin'. out of all the places we've eaten in augusta, this is hands down are favorite. we sat at the bar and ever bartender acknowledged us at one point during our meal. the food was delicious. we both had the low country boil. it came out super quick too! we will definitely be back! read more
