I have been with Golftec for at least 7 years and have been very pleased with all the results. When you sign up all the information about refunds is discussed and as "F. Neil O" stated, was on the receipt! 30-day refunds are pretty standard for purchases, which, by the way are typically on the receipt as well! Most of F. Neil's reviews are bad reviews about establishments, as is his review of this Golftec. I personally can vouches for this Golftec in Boulder because I have been around these guys for years and they are more than willing to work with people. Also, Golf is not an easy game... not sure if people know this. You don't ever really stop taking lessons or improving. Of course they offer follow-on programs to help you build your game, that's what they're designed to do, but NEW FLASH... you don't have to sign up for subsequent plans if you don't want! Crazy idea I know.... You will always have all your lessons saved online and you can go back to review them and even save them to your computer for future reference if you opt out. Now you have "golf lessons" to leverage after your packages are done if you decide to opt out. I willing to bet... a lot of money actually nobody makes anyone sign up against their will. As an adult you should have an adult conversation, like an adult, and ask about refunds, plans, finances, and any other adult questions you may have PRIOR to swiping your card! It is your responsibility to understand the rules, not feel slighted when the rules don't bend specifically to accommodate your own self-interests. Again, this Golftec and staff in Boulder are fantastic! I have come across dozens of golf pros and unfortunately most were bad teachers at best. The classic "range pro" is the one you really want to stay away from who will watch you hit a couple shots on the range while he/she is leaning on a 5-iron, give you a couple pre-determined drills, charge you $80 for 45 mins, then send you on your way. Golftec has so much to offer you would be crazy not to at least see for yourself.... and not just take my word for it.... or others "aahh heemm" for that matter!!!

And that's what Colo G&T gets . . . some huge appreciation and the highest rating possible. So what did they do to deserve this kind of recognition? Here's the story: We've got a place that requires a bunch of work on the land--like maintaining ditches, moving slash, hauling stuff here and there on pathways too narrow for a pick-up. And to do that we've got an old gas-powered golf cart that's seen it's better days. Was driving it last weekend and got a flat. Not so unusual a thing but what made it a problem is that the tire couldn't be patched and wouldn't hold any pressure. So I had to get it replaced. And since there weren't any such tires in the small town we're near I knew just who to call (since they'd replaced the solenoid in this cart just a couple of months ago). Colo G&T. They're down in south Denver / Centennial and my honey happened to be in Denver at the time and was coming up to our place the following day. I asked her to stop off and pick up a new tire and while she was at it also to get a spare rim and an extra tire in case that same problem I'd experienced happened again. So she went down to Colo G&T to pick up all this stuff. Her description of how Rudy the parts mgr took care of her and treated her so nicely was just great to hear. Its wonderful when people in business are nice to you. I certainly appreciate it. But when they're caring and helpful to those I love then my joy knows no end. What a great person they've got running their service / parts area (Rudy). And what a wonderful image he's creating for this business. Bottom line: You totally rock Colorado Golf and Turf. It's rare to get a public Dr. Michael Hurzdan designed course at reasonable prices and the layout and hole design do not disappoint! It's varied, challenging (hole #13 is epic!), and well maintained. The irrigation system upgrade was disruptive and long, but is paying off with very good conditions. The greens are quick, but true and fair. The only downside is the driving range is distant from the first tee - tough on walkers like me.

If you browse their online site, select this store, and choose "In Store" as well as "Pickup," it can save you some time by allowing the staff to find the product you wish to purchase so all you do is come inside to get it or check-in for a curbside pick-up order. I did this just today, and it was a breeze! It took only 44 minutes for me to get the email confirmation that my order had been processed and was ready for me to snag at my earliest convenience. If something comes up and you can't make it by that day, you have FOUR days to pick up whatever you've ordered. So convenient!

What started as a simple exchange of soccer cleats. Turn into a stressful morning. Should have simply arrived and gotten help to return and place an order for a new size. Instead had me wait 20 min. For her to say that her system is down. And then I have to download the app and have it shipped to my house. She returned the credit to a gift card and told me to download the app and go re order my cleats. and now I can't order them as it won't let me ship to the store. And shipping it to my house is 14$ more expensive. Everything from the online purchase, pick up ,return went great. Leaving me to basically fix the problem myself. Just a lil more attention and effort would be nice! I'll be back for sure just some feed back to work off from. As I've been coming here for years definitely my favorite DICKS AROUND
