This store is little smaller than the one in Boulder. The selection is still pretty good comes to shoes, nutrition, and all the essentials need for runners. They have all major brands. Emily big on Hoka ended up getting two pairs and happy with everything. The customer service five stars!! The minute walk in friendly, welcoming, and great conversations. Talked about running in the area and learn they have weekly run club start for the store. Great vibe community of runners in Colorado. The ball have been in my possession for less than three month. I sent an email complaining an requesting a refund or a replacement. The company contacted me by email and indicated their policy for return or refund is within 30 days of purchase. They offered a 20% discount on the next purchase. This is a very disappointing experience. The products are very cheap.

It's a wonderland of products for an outdoor enthusiast: clothes and shoes for any activity, camping gear, biking gear, fishing gear, hunting gear and hats galore. They even have other miscellaneous items to keep non-adventurers excited like soaps, toys, dish towels, hot sauce, dog toys, etc. Truly, they have it all! And... it's all priced the same as REI. Plus, staff has always been helpful when I've asked questions. And... they allow dogs in their stores! It's been a great spot to take our pup to socialize. :D

Wisely they moved the North Metro location to Boulder. I know many of the staff on a first name basis and they never steer me wrong. My husband is the avid camper, hiker , adventurer, but I have been lucky to find xc skis here for years, to have my bike serviced here and most recently have bought much footwear and casual outdoor seasonal wear. What I was looking for today was not yet in stick for summer but I will look again next week when the spring/summer sale starts. With a membership there are so many perks so the savings are huge, especially kf you use their partner credit card. Even leaving empty handed today, it was a fun experience . And when my husband needs a new tent, no matter how small in comparison to this display today, he will get it here and at a good price for exceptional quality.

If you expect to have loyal customers in an online retail market , which I don't support . I suggest the store show some common curtesy and ask can I help or direct you. When you make a purchase, you accrue points immediately (10% back unless it's a sale item), which is to say that if you buy a big thing first, the points you earn may cover the cost of the second thing you buy. No waiting until the end of the year, just immediate savings. It really inspires return business, which no doubt is the point. The store is not huge and therefore the selection could be greater for certain things (I'm looking at you, camp stoves), but what is available is well-curated. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful, parking is solid, and the area is serviced by the HOP bus, so it's easy to get to even if you aren't driving. I can't get everything here, but I will get as much as possible.

I have found many things here, more unique in some way, a different and better color or size for me of something (very often athletic skirts) or a similar but better for me style of something (sunglasses) and other random stuff. They have a nice rewards program too so the prices are always competitive, even when bigger stores may be having a sales event. You earn dollar points and they always remind you when buying something that you have some and ask if you want to use them. I have earned some buying items online occasionally and did not even know I had them until offered at the checkout here. The staff is very relaxed and extremely helpful and friendly. There is a fun atmosphere you can see right at the door with their sidewalk placard that often has jokes or trivia. This is a small place but tightly packed with stock.
