My review takes into account the drought conditions we are currently having in Colorado. For the price the overall condition of the course is terrible. The fairways have a lot of dead grass spots and about a third of the greens are in similar condition. The City of Westminster should post the current poor conditions of course so golfers can decide if they want to pay that much for a round of golf given there current poor conditions.

The flags are those windsocks you would see near runways. Very cool. Great layout but most views are of the control tower or an office building. Very walkable with two long transfers (9 to 10 and 12 to 13). Greens are honestly boring. Very flat pushup greens for the most part. Fairways were soaking wet and the greens were firm. Tough combo for scoring that day. Otherwise, the architect did a great job navigating both sides of the major road that splits the course into two. The back 9 shines. 13 is a big, uphill par 5 with a split fairway after the tee shot. That third shot is straight up the hill. Then 14 is a short but tough par 3. Infinity green that was playing downwind with a front pin. Really cool hole. 15 and 16 are cool par 4s that dogleg in opposite ways. With 16, the second shot over water was nerve racking. 17 is a par 3 brute from the tips. 18 is that long par 5 with water all up the right side that plays towards the range and practice greens. Fun track and well worth the greens fee. I'll definitely try and come back and play more putts straight(er).

It's rare to get a public Dr. Michael Hurzdan designed course at reasonable prices and the layout and hole design do not disappoint! It's varied, challenging (hole #13 is epic!), and well maintained. The irrigation system upgrade was disruptive and long, but is paying off with very good conditions. The greens are quick, but true and fair. The only downside is the driving range is distant from the first tee - tough on walkers like me.

Not watering fairways currently. There are dry cracks all over Course. No grass in tee boxes and greens have large sand spots. Most gateways have more dirt vs grass. Oh yeah, price is still same. I especially like the selections of Patagonia, The North Face, Alpine Design, as well as ASICS and Under Armour, which some locations don't carry much of a selection of the high-end brands like Patagonia and TNF. If you browse their online site, select this store, and choose "In Store" as well as "Pickup," it can save you some time by allowing the staff to find the product you wish to purchase so all you do is come inside to get it or check-in for a curbside pick-up order. I did this just today, and it was a breeze! It took only 44 minutes for me to get the email confirmation that my order had been processed and was ready for me to snag at my earliest convenience. If something comes up and you can't make it by that day, you have FOUR days to pick up whatever you've ordered. So convenient!

What started as a simple exchange of soccer cleats. Turn into a stressful morning. Should have simply arrived and gotten help to return and place an order for a new size. Instead had me wait 20 min. For her to say that her system is down. And then I have to download the app and have it shipped to my house. She returned the credit to a gift card and told me to download the app and go re order my cleats. and now I can't order them as it won't let me ship to the store. And shipping it to my house is 14$ more expensive. Everything from the online purchase, pick up ,return went great. Leaving me to basically fix the problem myself. If you ever get the chance to interact with the starter, many of the staff, or anyone associated with this place you will be treated with the best service, guaranteed. There are a few employees that absolutely make this place extra special. Keith, Jason, and Nate are incredible. Always willing to help out, conversant with anyone, and keep things extremely professional. I can't say enough about Keith, they should be giving him massive referral fees for getting golfer to commit to memberships. I know he was the finishing touch that really sealed the deal for me, and he's just a good dude to boot. Would highly recommend joining while you can, and would highly highly recommend Omni keep Keith, Jason, and Nate at all costs!
