Rob Mitchell was very knowledgeable, patient and caring. Rob explained the point of finding the right shaft and club head combination to get maximum distance and accuracy on the course. This should make it more likely to score well. I've had one driving range session and one round of golf and the irons and hybrids were amazing. They all felt good in hand and yielding the results I hoped for. The prices weren't cheap but will be worth it in the long run as the clubs were fit specifically to me. Rob didn't try to upsell me by replacing my driver. We tried many options but found my driver to be the best option. It took 2 weeks from the fitting for the clubs to be delivered. I was expecting a lengthy delay and was very pleasantly surprised. Thanks Rob for a great experience.

My review takes into account the drought conditions we are currently having in Colorado. For the price the overall condition of the course is terrible. The fairways have a lot of dead grass spots and about a third of the greens are in similar condition. The City of Westminster should post the current poor conditions of course so golfers can decide if they want to pay that much for a round of golf given there current poor conditions.

The flags are those windsocks you would see near runways. Very cool. Great layout but most views are of the control tower or an office building. Very walkable with two long transfers (9 to 10 and 12 to 13). Greens are honestly boring. Very flat pushup greens for the most part. Fairways were soaking wet and the greens were firm. Tough combo for scoring that day. Otherwise, the architect did a great job navigating both sides of the major road that splits the course into two. The back 9 shines. 13 is a big, uphill par 5 with a split fairway after the tee shot. That third shot is straight up the hill. Then 14 is a short but tough par 3. Infinity green that was playing downwind with a front pin. Really cool hole. 15 and 16 are cool par 4s that dogleg in opposite ways. With 16, the second shot over water was nerve racking. 17 is a par 3 brute from the tips. 18 is that long par 5 with water all up the right side that plays towards the range and practice greens. Fun track and well worth the greens fee. I'll definitely try and come back and play more putts straight(er).

Anyway I would like to give Kudos to the excellent customer service that this particular location has extended to me and my family. when walking in you are greeted, asked what your looking for and directed to the section that may have what your looking for. After that they notify the associate in or near that dept that you are headed their way so they may assist you. On this particular occasion we were returning a bike recently purchased, as it had a manufacturer defect. Upon calling the store I explained the situation to Travis, the store Mgr and he quickly went to check stock to replace the defective product unfortunately they did not have one, so instead he offered to upgrade the bike at no cost to us and said he had a few choices my Son could pick from. Upon arriving we were met by SJ another store Mgr and informed us that he had been made aware of the situation and was expecting us, he than called back to the department associate to let them know we were on the way back to him. After my Son made his selection to our surprise SJ showed up back in the bike department to be a second set of eyes that completed the safety checklist that was performed by Moe the on duty bike tech at the time and also to make sure the transition went as smoothly at possible. I personally have not received this level of excellence in customer service for a very long time and even upon asking about a new shipment of YETI coolers SJ advised me to call the store as to check stock so I don't waste a trip. But in the end if you have any needs as far as any type of sporting goods this would be the place that I would recommend the only thing that seems to be lacking is the fishing gear which is no fault of their own blame COVID for that. But honestly even though we live closer to another location this is now my "new" home store. Definitely recommend on customer service only if that gets you in there. This is a trying time. People are on edge. Anxious. Depressed…read more So when you find a business where the people treat you incredibly well and give you the best in service with greatest of kindness, you really need to show some appreciation. And that's what Colo G&T gets . . . some huge appreciation and the highest rating possible. So what did they do to deserve this kind of recognition? Here's the story: We've got a place that requires a bunch of work on the land--like maintaining ditches, moving slash, hauling stuff here and there on pathways too narrow for a pick-up. And to do that we've got an old gas-powered golf cart that's seen it's better days. Was driving it last weekend and got a flat. Not so unusual a thing but what made it a problem is that the tire couldn't be patched and wouldn't hold any pressure. So I had to get it replaced. And since there weren't any such tires in the small town we're near I knew just who to call (since they'd replaced the solenoid in this cart just a couple of months ago). Colo G&T. They're down in south Denver / Centennial and my honey happened to be in Denver at the time and was coming up to our place the following day. I asked her to stop off and pick up a new tire and while she was at it also to get a spare rim and an extra tire in case that same problem I'd experienced happened again. So she went down to Colo G&T to pick up all this stuff. Her description of how Rudy the parts mgr took care of her and treated her so nicely was just great to hear. Its wonderful when people in business are nice to you. I certainly appreciate it. But when they're caring and helpful to those I love then my joy knows no end. What a great person they've got running their service / parts area (Rudy). And what a wonderful image he's creating for this business. Bottom line: You totally rock Colorado Golf and Turf. Construction in Boulder was insane, our bad, but we were clearly hurrying. Older guy in the pro shop immediately began berating us for being late, repeatedly telling us to "get moving" even though we were hustling. All that said, we still teed off right on time. We played at the pace of the group in front of us, had to wait a little for them at each box, not a big deal to us at all. As we walked away from teeing off on the 10th after the turn with a little room between us and the group in front that we would easily catch up to, he chased after us yelling "pace of play!". I played this course many years ago and this will be the last time. Much better courses in the area without the condescending attitude. Brother, this is my one day off, all you have to do is not be jerk. Whoever the older man is in the pro shop, he ruined it for our group to play here again. If you read other comments this seems to be a theme.
