On the last lesson we were canceled for unforeseen reasons (they cancelled on us) which we are completely reasonable and understanding people "Hey no problems". Come to find out a couple wks later when we log in to book the last lesson and buy more.. surprise there is no credit.. I reach out to them in a "maybe it slipped through the cracks in the horrible event that caused the cancellation." And the response was.. "​Yes it probably expired. I can put it back on his account. Are you wanting to get in this month?" To which I replied yes. No credit and no contact since. Very unfortunate as I like to support local owned, Yet I don't like being took for good money either. Weird and odd that the package expired in such a short time. As I was not told it would expire in less than 6 months considering I paid it all upfront! We also felt on the "last couple" lessons that it was rushed and really wasn't welcoming to "practicing" with the screen. It was hit a couple balls and then instruction with maybe 3-4 practice balls after instruction, which I found to be pointless. That's why we "pay to play" My son is very respectful and responsible. We have been told by every teacher he has had thus far how well mannered he is. So I'm sure it wasn't bc he acted like a little hellion jerk. Needless to say my interest in buying another package diminished after that! We will just keep going to xgolf and practice w/ the simulator there an paying for private lessons, when we are not out on the greens! .

I never write reviews, and it takes an awful lot for me to write a negative one. We checked into…read morethe pro shop 5 minutes before our tee time. Construction in Boulder was insane, our bad, but we were clearly hurrying. Older guy in the pro shop immediately began berating us for being late, repeatedly telling us to "get moving" even though we were hustling. All that said, we still teed off right on time. We played at the pace of the group in front of us, had to wait a little for them at each box, not a big deal to us at all. As we walked away from teeing off on the 10th after the turn with a little room between us and the group in front that we would easily catch up to, he chased after us yelling "pace of play!". I played this course many years ago and this will be the last time. Much better courses in the area without the condescending attitude. Brother, this is my one day off, all you have to do is not be jerk. Whoever the older man is in the pro shop, he ruined it for our group to play here again. If you read other comments this seems to be a theme.

I love the golf carts as teams and as a Bama loved seeing that beautiful crimson out and about. Plenty of parking. Greens were exceptional. Fun, challenging and at times frustrating but made for an amazing day. This is home of the CU golf team and boy do I envy the opportunity these students have on a regular basis. Well worth the drive from downtown.

A Perfect Day at Hiwan Golf Club!…read more What a fantastic event! Hiwan Golf Club hosted my daughter's golf outing and rehearsal dinner, and everything was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, and the course was in beautiful condition. Katie and Kelly, the event planners, took care of every detail and made sure the entire day went perfectly. The food and beverage staff were attentive and made sure no one ever had an empty drink. Troy, the Director of Golf, did an incredible job organizing the scramble--it was so much fun, and one of our guests even got a hole-in-one! Our guests were thrilled to have the opportunity to play on such a stunning course. I highly recommend Hiwan Golf Club for any special event--you won't be disappointed!

They were doing some maintenance so the driving range was closed and the tee boxes were just aerated. It had a nice mixture of challenges of sand, water, and wavy greens. Greens were in pretty good shape. The forward tees were 4900 yards which is a little shorter than usual but still a good distance. We took a cart but our golf partner walked and there were many walking. It's not a bad course to get your steps, not super hilly and not a huge distance between holes. Staff was great. We had lost an item 'somewhere on the back nine' and a ranger took my husband back out on the course and they found the item. Very helpful.

The instructors are really positive, understanding, and are willing to make modifications. All of the classes offer something different and I loved doing a mix of cardio+, strength, resistance and release. The membership cost is worth the level of work out you get in each class and the incredible people. I'm sad that I can't attend this gym anymore due to moving. Scheduling on the app is easy. The only negative is that sometimes during busy hours parking at the boulder location can be challenging. I hope to go back to this gym occasionally. My favorite instructors are Natasha, Ryan, Raleigh, Bryan, Tess, Adria and Justin.
