This is an OK store. It's an older 7-Eleven, but it has anything and everything that your typical…read more7-Eleven would have. Prices are typical 7-Eleven prices, but they do run a lot of specials, especially if you have their app. The gas prices are also reasonable. I like the 7-Eleven ATMs, because they are part of my credit union's Network, and I can make a withdrawal without having to "buy my own money." The reason I'm taking off a couple of stars, is because while this store is right next to Mather field Road, it's on the edge of a "more challenged part of town." sometimes the store is cool, sometimes they definitely have homeless people and panhandlers hanging out in the front of the store. I would not go here after 10 PM, and while I have never had any problems in this store, if something looks uncomfortable, I won't get out of my car. Again, it is a good 7-Eleven, you just have to watch your surroundings. I will continue to shop here. Thanks.

I enjoy popping into the store whenever I have a little item I need to pick up and don't want to deal with the big stores. I was shopping at this little store even before Tony took it over. And boy I'm glad he did. I've known Tony for over 25 years now. Our kids even shared a class in high school together. He and his family are wonderful people who are a delight to interact with. I'm going to be leaving the area and I will miss being able to pop in and say hi to my friends. Hoping he has many more prosperous years ahead. I purchased 2 packs of Icebreakers Ice Cubes Gum three days ago. After trying one, I found that I…read moredidn't like the fruit punch flavor and attempted to exchange my remaining pack for a different flavor. I had the original receipt and everything. However, when I tried to exchange it at the store, the employee behind the counter informed me that he couldn't process the exchange due to surveillance from CCTV and potential repercussions for exchanging a product worth over $5. This situation goes against the exchange and refund policy outlined by both California law and 7-11's policies, which state that returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and must be in original condition without being washed or worn. My gum pack is brand new and still in its original packaging. I am planning to report this issue to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the California Department of Consumer Affairs as this treatment is unacceptable.

Instead of kindly explaining any limit, she rudely told my kids, "No more candy." I've shopped at Costco for years, and when trying samples, the representatives are usually friendly and welcoming. Many have even encouraged us to grab another because they want customers to enjoy the product. This interaction was the complete opposite. I completely understand if there are sample limits, but there's a respectful way to communicate that especially to children. A little kindness goes a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression.
