One time, I had the unfortunate experience where the carwash broke during drying. I told the staff about it and they simply issued me with a new wash code! Easy enough... The station is clean and well lit, especially during the evenings. And the gasoline price is normally one of the cheapest in the area. So for gas and a wash, this is the place I'd regularly go to.

And I said "no it's because the handle is broken" and he said "try paying" (I tried paying twice) and I ended up going to a different pump and letting everyone know who went to that one that it was broken because clearly it wasn't working. Front counter guy was shorter and had a scruffy beard with short hair. And a really bad temper. I wanted to go off on him because he's not the only one who works a job like that. He's lucky to be working and not on the streets. He should be grateful to be where he is. There's homeless right outside that could easily be him too. But some people just weren't raised right.

I don't like the way they run the food court now, though... In the past, you just walked up, ordered, and paid at the window. Now, you have to walk up to a kiosk, scan your membership card, order whatever you are going to order, pay, and then the machine spits out a receipt to take to the window.
