I bought the $80 Macy's gift card as a gift for my sister-in-law. When she attempted to use it at a Macy's store, she was informed that the card had already been used--it had been cloned. The PIN number on the card had been carefully scratched, which we now realize was a red flag. Not only was the card unusable, but my sister-in-law was left embarrassed at the store due to this incident. Despite providing this documentation, and repeatedly following up since March, Safeway has yet to resolve this issue. As of today, August 1, 2025, I have not received a refund or replacement, and the matter remains unresolved. This delay is unacceptable. I request an immediate investigation into this issue and a prompt refund or replacement of the $80 gift card.

And he usually has some interesting little knick-knacks for sale up on the counter. He's always very warm and inviting and has a smile to greet you. But don't mistake that warmth and friendliness for weakness. Tony will not tolerate rude and obnoxious people and will take care of them quickly and efficiently. I enjoy popping into the store whenever I have a little item I need to pick up and don't want to deal with the big stores. I was shopping at this little store even before Tony took it over. And boy I'm glad he did. I've known Tony for over 25 years now. Our kids even shared a class in high school together. He and his family are wonderful people who are a delight to interact with. I'm going to be leaving the area and I will miss being able to pop in and say hi to my friends. Hoping he has many more prosperous years ahead.
