I was waiting for a person to bring me my card So I could have enough gas to get home.. I would have waited 2 hours. However. Brandi, who was working at 7 PM on Sunday night, was outside making the place look more Tidy, took it upon herself to ask if I was OK. I told her my story and she offered the $5 tip that a customer had given her earlier, so that I could make it home without waiting. Getting into my car this past weekend, I found an offensive smell radiating from the passenger side floor and since it was dark, I could not really figure it out. But I can attest to this, that someone had stepped into a pile of dog or cat crap and it had found it's personal way onto my carpeted floor. Ugh. I had to drive to work with my windows open since I did not have any cleaning supplies available and finally, this past Wednesday, I had to pump some gas in my car AND the crapola had dried enough so that I could vacuum it out. Hey, I was not going to mash it in like a Coldstone job. What a relief. As I pumped my $2.89 worth of general unleaded gas thievery into my car, I attended to the poop spot. Yuck. The vacuum was heaven sent.......it sucked the hell out of the putrid mess and now, I am left with a big brown smudge. Smell is not as bad, but I am definitely running to Target for some cleaner. Note to self: make everyone take off their shoes in my Japanese car. Gas here is expensive, but since it is off the freeway and accessible, fast to get back on the 50 if you are on your way to SF or Lake Tahoe....clean, and the people getting gas here are not ghetto or creating suspicion causing one to constantly keep a lookout. They offer a discount on their automatic car wash as well as air/water on the side. Just an fyi, though. Debit cards and Credit Cards are accepted here, but on your statement, it will come up as M. Always taking very long I'm guessing lunch breaks that closes the whole station down. This was an issue before changing to Speedway and back to shell. Also now there is no sanitatizing machines by pumps and gloves are not an option either now since the change of ownership. I just had a really good experience with a great employee named Shawn! He was very friendly and could see I was frustrated by the car wash saying my code was invalid. But he calmly and with a smile, walked me over to show me the problem was the machine and wished me a happy day. I don't know if they have some sort of scam going on but I went there today and my debit card kept declining at the register. I knew I had the money in my account but I pulled up the app to make sure my card wasn't locked. The cashier said I might have to use the ATM several times because they couldn't suspend the transaction to try it on the other register. I went to the ATM and withdrew the money and was charged $3 and I will also be charged by my bank. Sure is funny how the transaction couldn't be suspended and my money came out immediately through the ATM. read more

This is for the car wash only. Do not bother with it. I spent 6 bucks and my car looks worse than it did when I drove in. My windows have a film on them and my car is still dirty. Waste of money and it doesn't wash it's just a rinse with 2 hoses. read more

This is probably the best gas station that I have ever visited its employees are always very warm and welcoming and in my experience courteous. I have spoken to the manager at this location and she shows an amazing ability to manage her staff and teach them how to work in a very high-volume location without losing their ability to give the customer an amazing experience. I found that other staff members such as a gentleman who has a large beard where are always genuine when they asked how my day was going. It seemed like they really cared and wanting to do anything they could to make sure that they made my shell experience a highlight. The store also had great promotions each time I chose to purchase items within the Circle K. You can't beat any size drink for $0.89! Thank you to everyone who works there and the management for giving me a store that I can go to and always walk away with a smile on my face. read more

This has become my go to spot for coffee on the way to work in the morning. Customer service is always spot on and the store is kept neat and tidy even if sometimes I feel a little claustrophobic with the amount of stuff they have in there combined with the number of customers sometimes in the early AM. This shell station is always busy. I would bet that there are more transactions done here in the morning that at a Starbucks. Yet, the line is quick, the staff is friendly. I usually stop here daily for something. An OJ, gum, maybe even gas. Luckily for me, the entrance and exit to this station are along my route. I hate when someone need to go the other way when they try to leave, and they have to try to maneuver around the concrete median. (Side note: WTF is up with those. I have never seen the concrete median abused so much. Sacramento must know something I don't about the dangers of left turns.) read more

We always come here to get our gas. The quality of their gas is superb! We have compared it to places like Costco and while they are more expensive than Costco, we have found that their gas lasts longer when we travel the same distances. Their car wash works really great, too! read more

I stopped here out of desperation for gas. It was clean, but the gas was expensive but the $10 I spent here helped me to make it to a cheaper gas station farther down the road. Oh, and the water to clean the windows, was clean!!! Always a plus in my book. read more

This gas station is one of the best stations I have ever been in. I just moved to the area and find myself at this station almost every other day for little things like, gas, lotto tickets, beer and they have 1 type of wine. Chardonnay. Ha ha. The staff are great! Same smiling faces every time. 2 women and one younger guy. They play great music! They have not made me rich yet from lotto but I enjoy going to this gas station. read more
