This Arco is complete now - but here is a streets map screen grab of it.

First to review! OMG. I'm in love with this Arco, mostly for its car wash service. If you get a car wash here, they'll take $0.10 off a gallon. Also -- and not pictured here because I took this screen grab from Google Street View -- but they have ROWS AND ROWS of free vacuum cleaners. **Free** FREE vacuum cleaners. (OK, so, there's a sign that says they're free with any carwash, but I think the staff will probably let it slide if you don't get one.) These vacuum cleaners are always on. I love not having to get a truckload of quarters and hurriedly suck all the dirt out of my car. As for the car wash... it's a pretty high-end sort of deal, like the kind you'd find if you took your car to a specialty store, exited, and waited for the machine to do its business. At this Arco, you drive up to the wash and someone greets you. They hand you a towelette for your dashboard and tell you to keep your car in neutral. Then they do a quick wash of your car before it enters the machine. And the machine has *the works*. I think I paid $14-$15 for the deluxe wash. Worth noting this place has a monthly subscription for washes: $20/month for unlimited. (Probably overkill for me. But that's me.) I haven't spent enough time indoors, but I remember the store being abnormally big and stocked with lots of goodies. And great air conditioner in there. My biggest criticism is the car wash & gas purchase. As for all Arcos, this place is heavy on cash only and debit. $0.35 fee if you use your card. And there's no way to buy a wash when you are buying gas outside at the cash station. So make sure you head in and ask someone in person for gas, and buy the wash then - otherwise you miss out on your $0.10/gallon discount (like I did!)

I love this spot! Have been coming here for about 6 months or so to get my gas, as well as some stuff from the store. They have a ton of variety of snacks upon walking in and the workers are extremely friendly each time I've been there. They seem to only hire the caring, well experienxed in customer service kind of employees here. The location is also very convienent for me as well considering it's right outside a major entrance to Folsom lake, near the Folsom city limits and right off Green Valley Rd.

This ain't your typical cookie cutter Am Pm. The exterior building has beautiful tumbled stone…read morecolumns. A far cry from the typical white painted plain standard Am Pm box. Anyways this gas station is about three years old and still has that clean sparkly look (inside and outside). It's on the corner of Green Valley Road and Sophia Parkway in El Dorado Hills. The staff is awesome. I like to frequent this place to after taking in the Folsom Lake trails, which are accessible via the parking lot across the street. Besides the gas, they sell snacks, candy, beef jerky, cold case drinks, Freeze ( icees), smokes, tobacco, lotto tickets and scratchers...the typical convenience store knick knacks. Another awesome thing about this place is that they have a car wash. The wash is similar to the "Yellow Duck" franchise. The wash uses a track that grabs your left tires to move it along. There is an attendant to guide you onto the track, tell you to put your car in neutral and no brakes, and spray your cars bumpers. They offer single priced washes and memberships. The vacuums are free of use.

The prices are about average, what makes this location most worth the drive is the vacuums, they are free to use with the purchase of car wash. My daughters favorite thing used to be the old fashioned jerky. However their headquarters is in charge of the ordering and stopped sending it, none of the employees seem to know why and from the sounds of it many people were upset to see their favorite snack leave. We tried two other brands, neither where anywhere near as good. Lately I have been enjoying the seasonal flavored Fanta slurpees, in October the mystery flavor was candied apple that actually tasted like an Apple Sweetart- delicious. The flavor changed in December, but nothing noteworthy. This month the flavor is Blueberry Vanilla, that actually taste like Coconut Vanilla and is reminiscent of a mocktail, unless you let it melt, then it taste like blueberry candy.

Considering the large amount of people constantly fueling up, it is very well organized. Having an attendant available at any moment is smart. I have used that assistance once. I was in serious need and... there he was! Thank you! Except for two lanes... all lanes each accommodate 3 vehicles. The long hoses eliminate the worry of which side is "my" gas tank is on :-). And there are red and green lights above the entrances to each lane showing available slots. Genius! I love I can go at night and it is well lit. Have to love the security. Costco Gas...thank you for helping us save a tiny bit of $$$ in a state that definitely charges too much for gasoline. Furthermore, I can't financially maintain the escalated gas price within my minuscule, military pension budget plus, the escalated food costs are beyond debilitating! Surely, Costco Gas Station Management must be fighting maintaining the gas pricing as low as possible . . . Costco must ensure the gas pricing must be the SAME especially, when Citrus Heights and Folsom are close. C'mon, COSTCO-WTH, eh????
