I have filled up at this gas station more than once. Tonight, I came here again for gas. Before pumping gas, I bought two bottles of water. I gave the elderly cashier $10, and she gave me $3.30 in change. Then I handed her $50 for gas and clearly told her that the $3.30 change should also be applied toward the gas purchase. That was two $20 bills, one $10 bill, plus $3.30 in change, for a total of $53.30 to be used for gas. After that, I left the store. While I was cleaning dust off my windshield, the pump stopped. When I checked the pump, it showed only $43.30. I went back inside and spoke to the older Indian woman at the register. She insisted that I had only given her $43.30. What shocked me even more was that she said once I left the store, it was no longer her responsibility. I was very upset and argued with her. I asked her to review the security camera footage because I could clearly see there was a camera pointed at the register. However, she refused, saying she was not the owner, and told me to come back tomorrow. I live in Sacramento. Am I really supposed to drive all the way to Folsom over $10? I want to remind everyone who pays cash at this gas station: always get a receipt before leaving the store. I have experienced a similar situation before, but the Indian woman working at that time was very friendly and refunded the money without even checking the cameras. Perhaps she knew what had happened. Ten dollars is not a large amount of money, but this is a matter of honesty and character. I have donated money to people in need before, but I will never willingly give money to someone who lacks integrity. read more

I got a car wash and it wasn't the lowest one, but it was the second lowest, $9. The car wash did not wet my car down before it started to spin the brushes and never did wet it down correctly at the end... Also, the dryer doesn't come all the down to properly dry either. When I went inside, the girl, said I have no idea how to use the car wash. I don't use it. I wouldn't use Gas station car wash! Maybe, since you worked there, you should know how to use it, just in case there's another issue... read more

This is a great gas station. Every time I have used this location, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is great, there are stores nearby and it's not too far from a freeway on-ramp. There are multiple ways to pull in and or out of this place. It's large in size for plenty of room, parking, and pumps. If you have a bigger vehicle, trailer, boat, etc... this place is perfect to fill up. It is very spacious. The actual store is very clean and organized. They sell all the main gas station food/drink. I really enjoy their coffee. It's cheap and it tastes great. The prices are a little higher when compared to other companies, but you are paying for lasting quality. I always suggest this place to others and I will be returning! read more

I went to this location for a quick $12 car wash. The machine at the car wash froze and I had to go in and pay for my car wash. After my car was washed and I arrived at my next destination around 60 miles away I realized my car only got partially washed. I checked my bank account for something unrelated and realized they had wound up charging me three times for my car wash. I called in and the woman I spoke to was extremely extremely rude and would not let me talk. She also would not return my money over the phone and told me I would have to drive back to the store. I went in today to the store and spoke with the assistant manager. He also would not listen to me one bit. I told him he needed to stop talking and let me explain what's going on. He finally stopped talking, but instead of listening to me and paying attention to what I said, he started working on his register completely ignoring me. I am completely blown away by the unprofessionalism, which now seems to be the entire staff. I am a business owner and I would be appalled if one of my employees treated anyone in this fashion. They wound up giving me $12 back and telling me it's too bad about my car because their car washes down. I said that's not a problem. I can come back another time when it's working and he snapped at me and said keep your receipt and come back some other time and walked away, I would steer-clear at all costs. There needs to be some sort of repercussions for poor customer service. I hope that the owners of this station read this review and either provides some training or find some employees that actually care and actually want to help other people. read more

I have been using this Chevron while I'm in folsom for about 5 years or so. The convenience of being right there between the Palladio mall and the rest of the East Bidwell strip of folsom is a huge plus. The staff is always extremely helpful and courteous, Christopher and Randy are both great examples of how workers should interact with customers. Both are always friendly and talkative. I'll continue to pump my gas at this Chevron. 5 stars. read more

Happened to me a couple of times that the prices are higher than the price tags on the shelves at the check out. Usually Manager/Assistant Manager/supervisor (Ladies) fixed the prices according to the price tags or promotion before. Today 9/17/2022 Assistant Manager Steve said he doesn't have control over the prices and gave a bad attitude and said go/do whatever you want. I wouldn't mind if he said nicely. Shouldn't Assistant Manager level know how to work the check out/ cash register machine? how to treat customers? Please fix the prices and give proper training to your employees. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would!! On my way to work with a super bad cold, stopped in to grab some DayQuil a water and a snack just to be refused service because and wait for it... I have a California issuer paper REAL ID that I just got from the dmv yesterday! I got married last weekend so I just changed my name even have my old ID and was told I could buy some med(which I've never been carded for before) I know it's a California las but never have I been carded for it. Ms. Stephanie, take some advice from an "older than you" person about customer service, no matter what your views are about this mask debate, telling a customer who can't wear one due to health issues to "hurry up" when spending money at your employers place is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I've been coming here for about 3 years. In the past 6 months I have experienced multiple issues with pumps not working correctly. Pump 6 in particular. Two nights ago I stopped by to get gas and the doors were locked with no employee to be seen. I waited a minute or two and went elsewhere for gas. Today I stopped by to buy a soda with my loose change. When I attempted to pay I was told "rolled" coins only. You have eyes and the ability to count. It is legal tender in our country and you outright refused to accept it. I checked online, there was no such "policy" I could find. So after 3 years of specifically coming to this location you will no longer receive my money or that of my friends and family moving forward. Beware, their new car wash system broke my mirror. I used the "Soft Touch," setting and it bent the mirror backwards making a loud bang and the entire wash completely stopped. Now my mirror freely moves back and forth. Despite that, they said their system was not at fault and denied my claim. This used to be my go-to car wash. read more

Frankly I don't like the higher prices at Chevron. But I love the people that work there! They are nice, after you've been in a few times they remember your name, they always ask if there's anything else they can help you with, they always say hello when you walk in and they always say thank you for your business. They have a great car wash but sometimes it's just not enough so they have given me a free pass To go through again if I feel that I didn't do it good enough job. The second pass always works. I don't do this a lot because I don't often need it but when I do it's nice to know they've got my back! read more

I got gas here last night and bought a carwash. I went in to get the carwash and there was a green light so I started in then the red STOP light started blinking. I sat in there for 5+ minutes honking my horn trying to get someones attention because pushing the HELP button did no good. Finally got out of my car and went in to the store. I told the attendant Fasial the problem and he said "oh really": like what I was making it up. I told him to fix it and went back to my car. I sat in there for another 5+ minutes honking my horn and then went back in to the store. I was furious!!! Fasial said that there was nothing he could do because he was alone in the store???!!! 125 am....."we are closed for core cleaning" It says open 24 hours on the doorand there was no sign on the door about any kind of soft close. Then after we rang the bell like 5 times Wayde finally came to the intercom and told us he was core cleaning. We just got off work and this has been our beer stop for months. I went to macaroni and grill for my prom dinner and went here to buy allergy medicine for my prom date (I was tired of waiting for the food to come so I thought I'd kill some time lol). When I got to the register, I realize my wallet wasn't in my bag and that I left it in my friends car. The man working there took his own money out of his wallet and paid for the medicine for me.
