The people are friendly. It's your typical convenience store, decent sized, lots of stuff I like the hot food section, the coffee is good, and they have a good selection of drinks on the soda fountain. The gas prices are very reasonable. If you get the "earnify" app, you get five cents a gallon off every time you get gas, plus, you can earn points for more gas, discounts or other stuff in the store. I paid nine bucks for a basic car wash. I drive into the car wash, and I realize that it's a touch -free car wash. I had a feeling it was going to be a problem, because my car was pretty dirty. I go through the car wash, and when I come out, there's still a lot of white spots all over my car from before. I go in and speak to the manager, I wish I could have gotten her name, but she offered me a refund or a rewash. I decided to try the rewash, she upgraded me to the top end wash, and I go back thru the car wash. I come out of the car wash, and the car wasn't much better than the first time through. I go back and speak to the manager again, she apologizes, and gives me a refund for my original wash. She took care of the problem without any hesitation. I wouldn't use this car wash again, because I don't have a lot of luck with touch-free car washes. Everything else, this store is great. Thank you!

The facility isn't new, but it's still kept in very good shape. It's very spacious and the open floor plan does something to me lol. This happened a couple times before when loaded coupons or offers did not apply at time of purchase. Raley's has an ad sales price, sales coupon price, digital coupon, and personal offer pricing. 3 of those require an e-account. Grand idea if their e-system consistently works, which it doesn't.
