Yes, they're human and not infallible, but any mistakes are minor and never make me feel like I've wasted my money. The level of quality on these washes has gone noticeably downhill since Quick Quack came to the area. for the price tag it shot us through the wash in about two minutes. See the photos that show the car still covered in dust and clearly dirty. The $11 car wash at the local Chevron took about 6 minutes and made the car look exponentially cleaner.
