There's lots of signage up to help guide customers and you can tell the place is looked after regularly. The vacuums were easy to use as well, the trash bins were a bit small though. I think he was the manager at the time. He explained to me there were monthly plans or I can pay for a one time. I told him that we don't have Quick Quack at SoCal.... Well not anywhere we live... i gotta drive 30' out. I got the basic car wash because my bro was gonna detail my car anyways. I asked if the wash doesn't get all the bugs off my windshield can I go the second time. He said that he'll let me go a second time, but if it doesn't come off then that's it. The first wash almost got it all off, but I wanted it to be really clean so he let me go a second time. The second wash didn't work properly, towards the end it just rinsed and pushed the car out. It did t dry my car at all so I wouldn't be able to wipe it dry properly. I went back and another work helped me out. He said "let's get you through the wash since it stopped. I see if stops again." Third times a charm!! No more bugs and car is almost basically dry! Off to the parking spots to vacuum. There are plenty of parking spots and one ADA parking slots. I thought the suction on the vacuum would suck but I was truly wrong! This was the best vacuum at a self car wash I've been to. It's always weak and you really gotta put some elbow work on it. There is also a compressor to get water out of the tiny crevices. Quick Quack also provides moist towels to wipes down your car. I used one but there seemed to be some oily residue staying on the window. So when a third worker came and replaced them with new towels I used one and the window steak disappeared. You just give up and go to a better car wash that actually washes the rear part of your vehicle. I canceled my membership and despite repeated emails, not one response. Guess there's a reason I saw the 50% off sign. If you had any customer service, you wouldn't need a discount. I've emailed and called too many times to count. I'm done. Never been so done with any company.

Their overall equipment definitely looks newer, and I felt like I did a much better job getting the car cleaner than some of the other locations that I frequent. Sidenote, some of the locations have a very unpleasant, smelling car soap, and this one actually smelled very bright and clean. The only thing missing was staff! I didn't really see anyone around, except when I pulled in, and waiting to go into the car wash, I had to wait for someone to come out just to direct my car in, and turn the wash on. It was a very pleasant experience, the car was clean, and who doesn't want that?! Don't drive dirty!

That was two $20 bills, one $10 bill, plus $3.30 in change, for a total of $53.30 to be used for gas. After that, I left the store. While I was cleaning dust off my windshield, the pump stopped. When I checked the pump, it showed only $43.30. I went back inside and spoke to the older Indian woman at the register. She insisted that I had only given her $43.30. What shocked me even more was that she said once I left the store, it was no longer her responsibility. I was very upset and argued with her. I asked her to review the security camera footage because I could clearly see there was a camera pointed at the register. However, she refused, saying she was not the owner, and told me to come back tomorrow. I live in Sacramento. Am I really supposed to drive all the way to Folsom over $10? I want to remind everyone who pays cash at this gas station: always get a receipt before leaving the store. I have experienced a similar situation before, but the Indian woman working at that time was very friendly and refunded the money without even checking the cameras. Perhaps she knew what had happened. Ten dollars is not a large amount of money, but this is a matter of honesty and character. I have donated money to people in need before, but I will never willingly give money to someone who lacks integrity.

It's located right on the grounds of the smog center, is clean and well-maintained, and accepts both cards and quarters. I spent about $8 total for washing and drying my SUV, possibly even a little less. I tend to add extra time so I don't run out while washing. I was able to wash, dry, condition the rubber trim, and clean my tires without feeling rushed. If you prefer a self-service car wash, I would definitely recommend Dave's Car Wash.
