AVOID AT ALL COSTS I came into this chevron to purchase something and use the restroom. I had to use the restroom urgently while my husband was on a business call before joining me inside. I asked the counter clerk if there was a key. He laughed in my face and told me it's only for paying customers. I had to run outside, interrupt my husband on his call to come inside and purchase something. Which was the original intent the whole time. The clerk saw us come back inside, started laughing maniacally as he unlocked the restroom door for me. This was extremely unprofessional and I will never be returning. She visited your location to purchase a self-serve beverage and added a small amount of creamer that was available at the coffee station. When she proceeded to pay, the employee assisting her (a gentleman who appeared to be from India in his mid-50s) charged her an additional $1 for the creamer. When she politely asked why there was an extra charge, he informed her it was for the cream. My daughter explained that there was no signage indicating an additional fee for creamer. Instead of addressing her concern professionally, the employee responded rudely, removed the drink, and told her not to return. We found this interaction to be unnecessary and unprofessional. Clear signage regarding additional charges would help prevent this type of confusion in the future. We hope this matter will be reviewed so that other customers do not have a similar experience. do not use this Chevron station all the employees are rude, inconsiderate, and very abusive. i'm in line to get my car paid for at the machine store. Clerk was outside. Car wash broke down wasn't working. Cashier told me to come inside and he'll refund me. I go inside. He asked me for my receipt. I said I didn't have one. He then yells at me how I paid when he knows I was in the line after the machine waiting for my turn to go in all he wanted to do was argue. Do you know this Chevron gas station with a car wash on Zinfandel Dr, right off the Hwy 50 Zinfandel exit? Beware! I've just had The Worst Car Wash Experience in my long life! I paid $14 for EXTREME CLEAN car wash, but their machine started to hum, sprinkled a little liquid on the car, then stopped. I was waiting and waiting, but nothing else happened. They don't have their phone number on the receipt, so no way to contact them. I finally moved the car a little but forward, their e-sign showed me to move back. I followed the directions. Still, nothing happened. I just had to sit and wait until that man with a beard came. He started to yell at me accusing me of moving my car. When I got my car out, he continued to blame me. I suggested that he should give me a new code and watch what would happen, but he demanded $5 more FOR A NEW CODE! Paying $5 more for going through this again in a HOPE that this time their machine would work?? Otherwise, he offered to return $6 out of my $14! I noticed that my tank was getting a bit low so I exited the highway to refuel. I appreciated how easy it was to access both this station and the pumps. There's a lot of space, so if you have a larger vehicle take note. I didn't use the car wash, but if your whip is in need of a bath, you're covered. I was greeted by a sign offering monthly wash plans for $19.99. I didn't partake, but if you live nearby and use this freeway exit often it's not a bad deal IMO. The Extra Mile store is well appointed with plenty of cold beverages, coffee, snacks, and other various sundries. Restrooms are clean. Gas prices are high everywhere right now and this station seems to be in line with Chevron stations that are located adjacent to a freeway off ramp. read more

I see a lot of negative reviews on this gas station, so I thought I'd might as well shine a little light of positivity on here. While I'm getting this car wash. :) Me and my boyfriend go here to pump gas or mainly just for their car wash. It does get pretty busy in this area. Its right next to exits to the freeway. There are a bunch of restaurants, shopping centers and other businesses near by. So lines and waits will happen. Overall, I'll continue to come here for our car needs. read more

I even had to change for work in their bathroom and it was clean which was nice because I was not too grossed out (its still a gas station bathroom lol) Also, I got my Seattle's Best coffee tumbler so I can get refills for 99 cents each! I just wanted to do my wife a favor in my way back to San Francisco and getting stuck in this detour cost me 90min. Each wash takes 10 and if you can see a car in the entrance to the wash, there are at least 8 in front of it as this wraps around behind the building. read more

Came here to get gas and a drive through car wash and was pleasantly surprised. The line for the car wash was pretty long, but it was ok because I was not in a hurry. As I was sitting there waiting patiently, the attendant was walking up to the cars in the line with cold waters, and he apologized for the wait.
