Date: Saturday, March 14th, 2026 Time: around 11pm All with Techron *Regular ($5.699) *Plus ($5.999) *Supreme ($6.199) Prices seem average for the area. Convenient since we were grabbing food nearby on the way to Tahoe. Well lit for later at night. There is an Extra Mile store, but I can't recall if they were open when we went. Fine for grabbing gas on the way back to Highway 50. REVIEW #4026 read more

Went in today for a car wash. Paid at the coin box/ card payment device. Car wash said out loud to pull in the car wash I pulled in it washed the underneath in my car I pulled up to where it says stop car wash came down like it was going to wash my car and then sat there and did absolutely nothing. A gentleman named Hari came outside and told me to back all the way out. Then he wouldn't refund my money until I come in the next day tomorrow on my day off and waste more of my time to speak with a manager after 1:00 to get my money back. I won't be coming here to wash my car I won't come in here for gas I'm going to post it on every website I can find to complain about this location. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I came into this chevron to purchase something and use the restroom. I had to use the restroom urgently while my husband was on a business call before joining me inside. I asked the counter clerk if there was a key. He laughed in my face and told me it's only for paying customers. I had to run outside, interrupt my husband on his call to come inside and purchase something. Which was the original intent the whole time. The clerk saw us come back inside, started laughing maniacally as he unlocked the restroom door for me. This was extremely unprofessional and I will never be returning. If I could rate this place negative stars for the customer service, I would. read more

Terrible customer service. Never recommend this gas station to anyone, the cashier yelled at me and my sister making us feel very uncomfortable read more

Use the car wash and the pressure for water is so strong it removed my paint off my hood and cracked my window . There are Cameras that show view on my car going in Carwash with no damage . The manager Refuse to come help the guy working . I had to call the police to make a report for the damage read more

I am writing to express my concern regarding an incident that occurred during my daughter's recent visit to your establishment. She visited your location to purchase a self-serve beverage and added a small amount of creamer that was available at the coffee station. When she proceeded to pay, the employee assisting her (a gentleman who appeared to be from India in his mid-50s) charged her an additional $1 for the creamer. When she politely asked why there was an extra charge, he informed her it was for the cream. My daughter explained that there was no signage indicating an additional fee for creamer. Instead of addressing her concern professionally, the employee responded rudely, removed the drink, and told her not to return. We found this interaction to be unnecessary and unprofessional. Clear signage regarding additional charges would help prevent this type of confusion in the future. We hope this matter will be reviewed so that other customers do not have a similar experience. We are very disappointed and intend to report this incident to the Better Business Bureau. Sincerely read more

The guy was very rude I could see that the air pump worked but I didn't have money at the moment and last time I used a card there and charged me over had a low tire wouldn't turn on the air pump shaking my head almost feel like there's a lot against this don't time to look it up I will go to the other one on sunrise much better and give them a higher rating and all my business I suggest doing this place the business read more

do not use this Chevron station all the employees are rude, inconsiderate, and very abusive. i'm in line to get my car paid for at the machine store. Clerk was outside. Car wash broke down wasn't working. Cashier told me to come inside and he'll refund me. I go inside. He asked me for my receipt. I said I didn't have one. He then yells at me how I paid when he knows I was in the line after the machine waiting for my turn to go in all he wanted to do was argue. I will be reporting this to the corporate offices so that something done about these people at this gas station. read more

Horrible customer service. Don't come here. My dad came here and he was buying something, he accidentally put in his card wrong and then this Cashier named Hari some Indian guy, started yelling at my dad about it. Then he was calling him stuff and I really don't wanna say those words they were really bad. And y'all better hire some people that learn how to speak English. Please fire Hari and get him out of that gas station, he is insane. The gas station would be way better without him. read more

Do you know this Chevron gas station with a car wash on Zinfandel Dr, right off the Hwy 50 Zinfandel exit? Beware! I've just had The Worst Car Wash Experience in my long life! I paid $14 for EXTREME CLEAN car wash, but their machine started to hum, sprinkled a little liquid on the car, then stopped. I was waiting and waiting, but nothing else happened. They don't have their phone number on the receipt, so no way to contact them. I finally moved the car a little but forward, their e-sign showed me to move back. I followed the directions. Still, nothing happened. I just had to sit and wait until that man with a beard came. He started to yell at me accusing me of moving my car. When I got my car out, he continued to blame me. I suggested that he should give me a new code and watch what would happen, but he demanded $5 more FOR A NEW CODE! Paying $5 more for going through this again in a HOPE that this time their machine would work?? Otherwise, he offered to return $6 out of my $14! He was going to charge me $8 for leaving my car dirty and wasting my time! So I just left. Please see the receipt attached. He now got to keep my $14, but the gas station has lost my business! I have been their customer for years. Not anymore! read more

Chevron - My receipt from this morning for EXTREME CLEAN car wash -- and NO service! - Gas Stations Near Me - Rancho Cordova, California

I noticed that my tank was getting a bit low so I exited the highway to refuel. I appreciated how easy it was to access both this station and the pumps. There's a lot of space, so if you have a larger vehicle take note. I didn't use the car wash, but if your whip is in need of a bath, you're covered. I was greeted by a sign offering monthly wash plans for $19.99. I didn't partake, but if you live nearby and use this freeway exit often it's not a bad deal IMO. The Extra Mile store is well appointed with plenty of cold beverages, coffee, snacks, and other various sundries. Restrooms are clean. Gas prices are high everywhere right now and this station seems to be in line with Chevron stations that are located adjacent to a freeway off ramp. read more

Whoever the man that was working at the register at 6:30 PM on this day is the most rude and disrespectful Chevron employee I have ever dealt with. Worst customer service ever. Although I was overcharged only a few dollars for the item I purchased, This employee got angry at me for asking for a receipt. This was then followed by some derogatory insults. The negative reviews here are accurate. read more

I'm happy to fill up at a gas station that doesn't have homeless people on the property begging for money, no matter how much gas costs.

Very bad service the lady in the register was very rude do not recommend we put $40 of gas so that we could use the bathroom and she requested more just so that she could Kick us out read more

Wouldn't let me use the air after getting gas, told me "put the quarters in." Thanks for being stingy about the air you're legally obligated to let customers use. I see a lot of negative reviews on this gas station, so I thought I'd might as well shine a little light of positivity on here. While I'm getting this car wash. :) Me and my boyfriend go here to pump gas or mainly just for their car wash. It does get pretty busy in this area. Its right next to exits to the freeway. There are a bunch of restaurants, shopping centers and other businesses near by. So lines and waits will happen. Overall, I'll continue to come here for our car needs. read more

Deceptive line doesn't show you the other cars. Cashiers will NOT offer discount if you have already purchased wash. I just wanted to do my wife a favor in my way back to San Francisco and getting stuck in this detour cost me 90min. Each wash takes 10 and if you can see a car in the entrance to the wash, there are at least 8 in front of it as this wraps around behind the building. read more
