There is always some unhoused individual in the area and often times they are requesting money. They do their best to keep it clean but nothing really stands out. Gas is affordable, but I also try to refrain from getting gas unless I have to due to the location.

They do still have hot food inside- when we visited they had a variety of egg rolls but apparently you need to stop in earlier in the day for cinnamon rolls. It's a bit tight inside, but they pack a good amount of drinks and snacks in, including some that I haven't seen in other places. When we visited the same person as running the food counter and the regular purchase counter, so you'll need to let someone know if you're looking for the hot food. Since they were out of cinnamon rolls, we ended up buying a couple drinks and some candy- we found Squashies here.
