The employees are rude and lazy, typically just standing around while the store is out of warm food, coffee and the soda machine is out of carbonation. I attached a picture of the selection of food from my visit today. The employee (Raul) told me he wouldn't be making any more food because it was too late in the night. It's 4:15pm. Still afternoon and just about dinner time. So lazy!!! I've lost all hot that this place will turn around. The 7/11 at 15883 bernardo center drive is absolutely incredible. If you can spare the extra 1.2 mile drive, your experience will be 1000x's better

I was *this* close to just walking out with it since you refused to sell me them. If you're not selling.me what I'm there for, then you're not open. Full stop. Then there was the time I drove in after work to put some air in my tire before I headed home. And wouldn't you know it, the air pump was broken that day! What a coincidence! *sarcasm* My last straw was the other day when I swung in just to get some gas so I could make it home that night. No signs. No warnings. I swipe my card and the pump acts like its frozen. I walk in and tell the same old man lounging behind the counter and he tells me that the cards are down and it's cash only. Again, no signs put up, no nothing. So I walked out. I had cash and could have paid, but f--k you. You don't get my money after this constant deluge of BS every time I get within 50 ft. of your doors. I hope you experience faulty electrical wiring.

Prices here for any of the food inside the store are high but for the drinks, it's pretty on average. You can get bags of ice, coffee, beer, use the restroom, play the lotto etc. Staff were quick to grab my receipt and to check me out when I came. Wouldn't see they were friendly but more like efficient at their jobs. Its located in a plaza next to a starbucks and other chain stores in the vicinity. Which makes getting in and out of it, not the easiest.

(It's highly inappropriate to be blaming Sacramento for gas taxes we voted for that pay for our roads when their price gouging and the war their candidate started is the reason for the cost.)
