Honestly they've must've sorted out whatever happened with their training because the customer service is absolutely amazing. They even helped out my sister when moving heavy merchandise such as water bottles straight to her trunk when it became too much, even keeping the floors and restroom clean at all times! Only gripe I have is the people who attend there, God awful individuals who treat these poor gas stations attendants like trash over incredibly small mistakes-- honestly it's embarrassing when a grown adult walks into the store to have the staff pump gas for him simply because he couldn't read pump instructions. And might I add too, the pumps are kept spotless. I just wish the people who go there got it together and realize it's shameful to yell or disrespect the gas station staff. We came here on the 4th of July after the fireworks they had a couple fighting in front of the store pushing each other and hitting the windows of the store, I guess they were not allowed in the store my husband was going to get off and help but the cashier came out and let us through we had our son with us it was a bit uncomfortable but we got what we needed and the bathrooms were very clean. So convenient off the I-15 on Mercy Rd. There are other restaurants around, too. I came here for the car wash. Ten bucks gets you The Works; it takes about 8 minutes. This Chevron is located just off Interstate 15 on Mercy Road. Their gas prices are very reasonable for a Chevron gasoline station. Surprising since they are right next to the freeway. The gas station lot is large and spacious which I like. Very easy to navigate as opposed to other stations with their tight spaces. The inside of their convenience store is nice too. Merchandise is well stocked with good sales. Clean interior. Friendly service. Yup, I'd be a regular at this Chevron. At least for my one visit, they truly did go the extra mile!! read more

Tonight I went to pump gas. The attendant told me once I'm done pumping gas. I had to leave. I cannot shake the bit of gas in the nozzle . He was very rude. He has threaten to call the police on me just for driving around the parking lot. Making sure my car was OK. He the tall bald headed man that works night. I'm a female on disability. Miriam the store manager and this male employee are very rude. They seemed to be threatened easily. They can call the cops if they want to me. This would be very petty on their behalf. Since I haven't done anything wrong or illegal. They are paranoid beyond control. Their only recourse is to call the police for something petty. I hope the owners and corporate see this review. To get rid of the employees that are creating a hostile environment to their paying customers. They don't own the gas station. In my opinion they run it very poorly. This is one of the best looking gas stations in the are, just off the 15 freeway on Mercy Road. Free air pump, and the soapy water to clean your windows is always clean! And always supply of free paper towels available. The place smells clean all over, and something that I think no one has commented yet is the huge space between lines, so cars are not cramped like in smaller stations and all is airy and smooth transaction here, with no waiting lines. Tip: Pay for your car wash at the gas pump. If you're using debit, run as credit. I normally pay for my car wash while getting gas at the pump but last week, I paid at the machine right before proceeding to the car wash & was double charged on my bank statement. It was easy to get the amount credited back (within a hour or so) since my bank has a dispute button feature online, so beware & double check your statements. This morning, I went for a car wash and went with the $10 Best Value "The Works" car wash. When you pay at the pump, you'll get a pin which you'll enter when you proceed to the car wash lane. This time around, I timed to see how long the car wash took and it was about 8-9 minutes. I pulled in at :43 and left at :51. Attached are photos from start to finish of my car wash experience. The drying time goes quick so reference the timer when exiting. I'd have to say your car is about 75%-80% cleaned. I always bring a rag and pull over in the vacuum area to wipe down the car real quick. For $10 bucks beats wasting water and washing manually at home. This gas station has decent prices and has one of the few touchless car washes. The prices have remained the same. 10, 8 and 6 for the car washes. The driveways are easy to get in, lots of space if your a lowered car. There is also a Starbucks in the same plaza. This is right next to the KFC. There is a good amount of choices inside the convenient store. Can't make any complaint it's a gas station. If I need gas and I'm near here I'll go. read more

I have shopped at this site many times in the morning. Great customer service til today the afternoon shift. Assistant Manager Erika was less than professional, tone, customer service, knowledgeable of item prices on the floor. I inquired about an that was on a large display without a price. She abruptly told me the price and gestured to me the same item in the refrigerated area. The item was not scan so she had to key in the item. Asked me if I need a bad, inquired if a charge stated yes. Advised never charged, abruptly advised that I am the Assistant Manager I know we charge. Looking at my receipt it was on sake. Overall you're going to be paying more at the pump here compared to others in the area however the thing I do like about this place is the fact that they don't limit my pump purchase to $75 so I can actually fill up my tank here. The pump area is clean and well kept however I really never focus on that as I'm trying to get in and out. The inside includes a larger convenience store with pretty much everything you'd expect to find at a convenience store of this sort. The staff is friendly enough however honestly, I really don't do a lot of interacting with them. Not a bad option to choose especially if you want to leave with a full tank of gas and have easy on/off access to the 15 Freeway. read more

In my continuing quest for a ready-made, grab and go bratwurst, I stopped by this Chevron/ExtraMile station on the way home from work. I vowed for a triumphant victory and that's what I emerged with! $1.69 bratwurst WITH sauerkraut! To be honest, it's not the end all of sausages or anything, especially when you can get a polish dog and soda at Costco for less. But today, it was damn tasty! They also had some spicy sausages and other cool grab and go hot foods as well. And their beverage selection is very good. The thing about this particular Chevron is that it's in a very convenient location (for me) and that there are ALWAYS cops hanging around here, which should make you feel safe unless you're a criminal. One of the officers today even came inside to give this girl some cash that she dropped outside! I don't know why she had so many dollar bills in her hand. Other things to note. I think the air/water for the car service is free (push button) and there's a drive thru (I think touchless) carwash here. If you go to this "touch free" carwash to prevent swirl marks from getting on your paint, stay away from the washes that clean your wheels. It does clean your wheels but also goes onto your doors and causes nasty swirls. The cheaper carwashes do not really do much to clean your car. None of the washes actually completely dry your car. read more

Worst experience in trying to exchange a pack of cigarettes that I purchased, I was given two of the wrong item, tried to exchange it, but she said there is nothing they can do, even though it's the same price, that makes no sense to me considering I go here all the time since it's so close to my house, I will no longer go here! Pulled in to fill up and the gas pump was on and ready to use. I did not use my card. I got $20. Bucks worth free. Went inside and told the clerk "Noel" I explained the situation. He indicated that sometimes people pay and forget to pay. So he thanked me for my honesty and processed my payment and credited the pump the $20. He said that when the customer comes back to let him know they forgot to pay he has a receipt and card number to identify the correct purchaser.
