The employees were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. What really stood out was the excellent customer service. One of the managers this morning (07/15/26) was walking around checking on customers and even gave my daughter a free balloon to match the panda that she's getting, which completely made her day.

I am not one to complain much but this needs to stop. Then at checkout Stephanie was very rude as well, however she was all smiles and giggles with the young men before us. It's disappointing to see the lack of respect and dignity in that employee. Corporate must be informed . I just noticed others posted about the butcher counter guy and I see it wasn't a one time issue. For better service make the drive to Vons/ Albertsons.

Today at the meat counter was the final straw for me. I asked for around 30 chicken wings (about 3 lbs). Yapette laughed right in my face and said "I'm not counting 30 wings for you are you crazy". When I went back and asked for just a handful more because it truly wasn't enough, he grabbed two wings and shoved them in a bag like I was wasting his time. This is unacceptable. Yapette shouldn't have a job if this is his attitude. I'm going to be speaking to a manager about Yapette and the rest of this incompetent staff that has assisted me. They need to start firing people immediately because the service here is beyond awful and no customer should be treated this way. I will no longer support this location. I will find somewhere else that actually treats customers with basic respect.

This check out experience stood out as very different in a not so great way from our many, many visits.
