This pharmacy clearly has a recurring communication problem, and staff seem entirely disengaged from patient care. If you're looking for basic human interaction or concern, don't expect it here. All the bad reviews are for a reason. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for your prescription.

Instead of being customer oriented and helping, she says, "it's an automated message" and proceeds to shut it down. Walgreens in El Segundo has much better customer service. CVS ought to have messaging logic to not communicate a prescription is ready when the pharmacy is within 30 minutes of closing.

For example, I returned a call to Walgreens while I happened to be in the drive up line. When it was my turn, I pulled up to the window, while the waiting on the cold response told me that no associate could pick up my call. Meanwhile, I see three pharmacist associates giggling together in the Pharmacy doing nothing literally while I've been on hold for seven minutes. That and they keep refilling partial prescriptions, even though I keep asking them to remove certain prescription profiles from my account a complete mess.
