Zero if I could! Every morning I come in the guys who work are on the phone in full conversations and don't get off. Normally, I don't care. I'm just making my purchase and leaving. This morning there was a cheese and pepperoni cup that was riddled with mold. I didn't want to leave it so I took it to the employee and told him there's mold in it. Him: $5.29 Me: you might not have heard me there's MOLD in there. Him: **looks at the container I walked away KNOWING that he seen all that mold. I come back with my coffee. Purchased 2 Haagen Dazs earlier today and I could not have been more disappointed. Both of them had EXTREME freezer burn. I took 1 bite of each of them (in hopes that maybe one of them would be edible) but they were both disgusting. I put them back in the freezer and then took them back to 7 11 to return/exchange them. The cashier said "NO RETURNS!" I then explained to him what the issue was and he said that because it had been opened, he would not take it back. How could I have known it was going to be freezer burned without opening it? I had the same issue years ago out in Laguna Hills and they exchanged them out with out hesitation. But my kids like Slurpees and hence I must visit these every now and then. If I have to go to 7-Eleven then we come here. It's cleaner than most and feels doable when you are in it. My kids enjoy buying the slurpees and other snack foods too. There is plenty of parking and it's pretty mellow and not overcrowded. Under new management and they are not managing well. Since the change, I've stopped by the store at least 5 times. Each time it's the same bad experience. Top 40 music playing (as usual) and the workers personal music BLAAAARING through the store. One cashier is super creepy EVERY time. Keep your eyes off the teen girls man. Parents with teen girls, don't let them go their alone. Creep factor 10. Good luck getting lotto tickets. 2 times I went in asking for a quick pick on each of the games and was yelled at for not stating which games specifically. I've been saying it at dozens of retailers the same way for years, but these clowns think it's ok to literally SCREAM at me. Can't wait to see how they handle all the high school kids in the future. Not all 7 Eleven stores are created equal. This store seems to have it all going for it including a great selection of goodies from snacks to drinks to delicious coffee. They even make a fun and tasty pizza. Sometimes I enjoy grabbing a slurpee and they even have a sugar free version as well, for those that are watching their calorie intake. There is a good amount of parking at this location and it's easy to get in and out of. The employees are friendly and helpful, unlike some locations. This 7-11 is horribly organized and well maintained. The aisle are regulary stacked with product. There is not social distancing being practice. The very nature of the entrance is Covid hazard. I don't know what company policy is on masking but surely no masking is being encouraged.The Ventilation is not sufficient for the volume of traffic. This is a small store, they should limit the amount of people allowed in and have directional checkout that does not overlap with those entering the store. This is not the second time I've had issues at this location. It's because your male staff member at 9:30pm May 18th the man behind the counter at that time. He informed me that no coffee is served anymore because of the Virus, by the way he's not wearing a mask when he's telling me this. The last time I was there the place was so unkept I didn't want to come back for a while but the location is convenient to me. This same employee is a major problem. First, a quick note. I have used Apple Pay at this store (this page says they don't accept Apple Pay so that needs to be updated). Good parking and easy access. If you drive out using the El Segundo Blvd driveway watch for bicyclists riding on the sidewalk going east because they won't be easy to see coming from behind the sign. Big store so lots of stuff to look at. Seems like they are re-stocked every weeknight so they usually have what I want. They have an Amazon locker (no problems from 7-11, mixed results from Amazon Logistics). Nice staff, I've never had a problem with them or seen them hassle anyone. They have always been very friendly with me. They do appear to have a huge shoplifting problem so leave your backpacks in the car because they sometimes have signs saying backpacks must be left at the counter. Area is mainly medium to large sized businesses, some of them 24-hour operations so there are usually customers going in and out 24 hours a day which makes it feel safer. After 10PM the restaurants that share the lot are closed and there are *sometimes* people trying to hang around the lot standing in the shadows away from the store or riding around the lot in circles on a bicycle. For that reason after 10PM park right in front of the store if you want to be careful. When going from your car to/from the store those people might try to approach you. If that makes you uncomfortable before leaving the store make sure your purchases are in bag so they are easy to carry and get in the car and have your keys are in your hand so you can get into the car quickly and close and lock the door. Pretty standard for regular (i.e. not wealthy) neighborhoods in California. read more

This used to be a nice store, friendly employees. Now after a change of ownership, they have let all of the white, Latino, and black employees go. All of the new employees are from India, or Bangladeshi. I asked if they were all related, they aren't.
