Going into this, my wife and I thought the whole process would be stressful and time-consuming but they made it completely smooth and painless from start to finish. Leon was extremely attentive, responsive, and patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. The team was efficient, professional, and showed up exactly when they said they would which, these days, is rare and greatly appreciated. They were also very mindful and respectful of our home throughout the entire installation process. What really stood out was not just the service, but the value. After getting multiple quotes, Window Station offered a more competitive price AND a better-quality product than the others. That combination is hard to beat. Overall, this was one of the best home improvement experiences we've had. Highly recommend Leon and the entire Window Station team you won't be disappointed!

Gary called me shortly after I sent a message to the company asking for information. He was very responsive and informative throughout the process, from initial quote to final installation. Given the mandatory half day labor cost of the window installation crew, I ended up replacing a second old window. I don't have experience with prior window replacements so I can't opine on the value of going with Golden State Windows but I felt they charged a fair price. The installation crew was very flexible and understanding as I had to postpone installation a couple of times. On the actual day, the crew arrived on time and swiftly installed the windows. They ensured that they kept the work areas clean.

They arrived as scheduled and completed the project within the three days planned. What impressed us most was how well they worked around the tenants. With five occupied units, I was concerned about the disruption a project this size could cause, but they were very mindful of each tenant's space and worked around what was available to them. No one was unnecessarily inconvenienced, which we greatly appreciated . I also had the pleasure of meeting the crew personally. They were polite, respectful, professional, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Alexander Company and would feel comfortable using them again for future projects.

Alexander was one of them which my neighbor recently hired to replace her windows. I met four window estimators and Alex from Alexander came across as honest, direct and trustworthy. No sales gimmicks, no rebates, and no pressure. And it turned out Alex gave me the best price. I also liked the fact that they came back without charge and fixed a frame problem that my neighbor was having with her new windows. Four months later, Rosy called to schedule an installation date for my new windows. Two days later, Jose, Carlos and two other crew showed up in two trucks on time to start the installation. The installation team worked seamlessly as a team, they first carefully covered the floor and surrounding to protect my floor and furniture. Then they went to work. From demolition, installation, to clean up, it took less than a day for six windows. They were friendly, efficient, skillful, knowledgeable and professional. Today, I look at my new Marvin windows and I couldn't be happier! Thank you, Alexander company and the entire team that work on this project! I appreciated it!

I gathered quotes from (4) window companies comparing apples to apples after reading every review. What the other companies did not disclose was the complexity of installing fire rate windows except for Deluxe Window. Felix is not just a salesman but one with decades of knowledge and experience in the field. Felix disclosed that I would need scaffolding to install (3) fire rated windows and that the custom order would take 16 weeks for build. Also, that I would need written permission from my neighbor to add the scaffolds to reach my unit on the fourth floor. I appreciated the honesty with potential road blocks that can be resolved and dealt with early on in the project with open communication. None of the other companies that came out to quote me disclosed this information. Deluxe estimates were in line and comparable. Throughout the project, I was in constant communication with Darja who sent email outlining steps to guide me through the process from billing, materials, deadlines and installation. 16 weeks sounds like a long time to build windows but Fyre Tec windows are quality worth the wait. I also went with Anlin single hung windows for the ease of cleaning and life time warranty transfers. My installation took three days to complete with installer George paying close attention to details in water proofing, sealant, foam installation, caulking and trimming the frames. The City Building Inspector signed off to continue work and the second appointment to get final sign off of the permit went through without a hitch. The project was work but Deluxe Windows and the company's competent staff mentioned above help make this into a successful work in progress to final completion. The Deluxe staff were there to answer every and all of my questions. The windows look fabulous and sound proofing has helped minimize the busy street noise.

Project manager Mark Kobzanets took careful measurements, suggested options for windows from Milgard and Marvin, and gave us accurate estimates on lead times, especially for the octagonal window which required custom manufacturing work from Marvin. The price quote was competitive with the other companies we had solicited bids from. Mark also worked with the City of San Francisco building department on our behalf to obtain permits and inspections, as well as dealing with the city when some of our style choices were not acceptable with city regulations. For an existing window in need of repair, Mark told us how we could work with Milgard to get it replaced under warranty. Installers Simon and Yuri were very professional. They respected the property during the installation, expertly mounted the windows and doors including adding a structural post to the corner of the house. They also did exquisite craftsman work on the window trim. The windows look great, are quieter, and seal the house better. We are very happy with the results and the experience working with Window Replacement Center. We would hire them again without hesitation.

Alan did a consultation and outlined the options for my new patio door, and then Cynthia sent estimates for both options. Once I chose an option and the custom door arrived from Milgard, we scheduled the work. The crew completed the work in a day. Alan removed the old door and installed the new one. Ken brought materials in and did some prep, finish, and cleanup work. Alan explained the challenges of getting the door and seals properly seated because the building itself is out of level due to construction quality and age. Despite these challenges, he worked it all out via a few well-placed shims and the door's built-in adjustment screws. He even returned a few weeks later at my request to make several more minor adjustments. Also, the company asked Milgard to come out and replace a section of weatherstripping that I assume was damaged during shipping or transport. Throughout, the crew was cheerful, friendly, and very detail oriented. Able is a delight to work with. I recommend them, and I'll certainly go to them again if I need window or door work done.
