During my visit, a friend and I ordered the Braised Pork Rice (~$10), Stewed Beef Noodles (~$12), and the Beef Wrap (~$6). The ordering is done at the front counter, but a kind server will bring you the food if you choose to eat-in (which I'd recommend - the atmosphere is lovely and the place never looks to be too crowded). The first thing we noticed about the food was that the portions were massive. The Braised Pork Rice was a decent size, but definitely manageable for a hungry person with an average appetite. The bowl of Stewed Beef Noodles, on the other hand, was definitely huge enough to satisfy two people. We expected the Beef Wrap to be appetizer-sized, but it came out looking like a full-sized burrito. Needless to say, we ordered far more than enough food for our stay. Taste-wise, the braised pork and beef wrap were both a 4/5. The noodle broth wasn't my favourite, but I might just order it again if I get hungry enough (lol). Overall, Silkburg is a great addition to the neighbourhood and serves as the perfect place for a low-key meal. :-)
