One is always hesitant hitting up an indoor playground during cold/flu season. That being said,…read more this place looks incredibly well kept and clean, or maybe because it's still fairly new. We went on a weekday, so it was easy to find parking, and there was a good amount of available seating inside. It's not a large playground by any means, so I can see it being quite busy on the weekend, which would be terrible for parking and for finding a place to sit. With a 2 and 5 year old in tow, they both had fun. I really enjoyed the tube slide, as I've never seen that before. You have your usual problem here of parents who should be watching their kids not, so kids doing things they aren't supposed to. The playground also runs a bit warm, so dress the kids (and yourself if you'll be chasing after them) accordingly. The pricing for food is a bit on the higher side, as expected, and the wait time is terribly long. The hot dog kids meal took 20 minutes. They have a promo where you are given arcade credit in exchange for a 5 star review on Google. Not really ethical by any means, but the kids love the arcade. Highlight of my visit here is that I lost my phone/ wallet and it was returned intact.

The first thing I noticed was the parking problem. We came at 11am on a Saturday I expected to be a little ways away for parking but noticing how many businesses are in this complex and lots of them have signs for customers only. Be prepared to walk a bit to get to the door! We came for the afternoon party which our friends had been told they had access to the room at 11, but then when we all arrived the staff said the room wasn't going to be ready for another 30 minutes. The same thing followed about the food/lunch that is part of the party room booking. 30 minutes makes a big difference to a hungry kid. My friend decided last minute to order an extra fruit platter, which they did let her order so that was appreciated. The food was decent, pizza and pop served. The playground area itself is very clean. There are some interesting slide ideas with donut tubes but it didn't honestly work very well. They also have a big semi- deflated jumping pillow area with a ladder obstacle and just room to jump, I'm sure there is a sign for no flips but this area pretty much looks like that's what you should do here so of course every kid is flipping. The trampoline areas are also decent, very clean again, one had a game that looked fun where you would jump and hit the lights but no one could find the start button. Not even the staff knew what button to push to start. Arcade zone was probably the best. But the games cost too many tokens in my opinion and the party pass comes with so few you definitely end up buying more. The arcade games also weren't very loud, now as a parent I can appreciate this. Toddler zone is also well put together with view points from pretty much all sides. It's small and not gated so you do get big kids in there. Admission overall is higher priced than other indoor playgrounds in the city. I will say the artwork is amazing on the walls and the space is kept very clean.

High-end toddler play space!…read more I never thought I'd put the words high-end and toddler in the same sentence. It's so fitting. I've been listening to all the mommy hype about this place and it was all true. This place was amazing!! First and foremost - make a reservation for the play space! It's a must to get in. You can call your reservation in or place your reservation online. It's pricey. 8.95 per kids over the age of 1.....for an HOUR of play. Here's why the price is worth it. The space is impeccably clean. There are appointment times for play starting at 9AM. After each hour of play, the staff comes through for a full half hour and cleans up the space. When you show up for your appointment time your kids come into a perfectly clean and sanitized set up space. They can pretend to be a doctor! Or a teacher! Or they can shop for groceries, or cook in a diner! The spaces are amazing. The decor? I want the decorator to come to my house. The decor is trendy, kid friendly and modern. I felt like I was hanging out in someone's awesome house. The bathrooms were downright gorgeous and had change tables. So what to do while your kids run around? Eat and drink! This establishment offers VEGAN treats. My soy latte was on point. So was my vegan made-on-site-from-scratch cinnamon roll. My child ate a vegan cheese quesadilla. I never had vegan cheese until today. I ate more of the quesadilla than my child!! The food and drink are so amazing here. The best part - you don't need kids to enjoy this space. There is a cafe attached that requires no planning to attend. Just come and enjoy! Plenty of parking right out front. So, we will be back! My only critique is that for myself and my two children I spent close to 30 dollars for an hour of entertainment. But wow did I enjoy myself.

Located on the west side and there was quite a bit of parking available. But it was crowded in the cafe and even the playhouse was quite busy. They said they limit the number of kids in the space and you have to pre-book your 60 minute time slot. 60 minutes flew by! And it felt like we didn't get quite enough time to explore and really appreciate all the little houses and details. But that must be the allure of going again! Our babies favourite activities at the playhouses were the slide and the little play restaurant. The slide was busy and tight quartered. But the little stairs and crash section at the bottom were well placed. The play restaurant was good great, they had all the condiments and so many cute plastic food items for a variety of kids to play with. I recall one kid yelling out 'Ice Cream, Ice Cream'. So fun! There was also costumes, a colouring station, suction building blocks, a wooden play body/operation table. The baby area also looked nice, cozy and with some great stimulating toys. It's a bit pricey and it's too bad it's only a 60 minute booking but in February they had a 1/2 price deal so for just under $5 I felt like that wasn't too bad to check it out. If you do get to check out the cafe I would recommend their signature blue Butterfly Pea latte- it was super sweet and creamy and delightful.

On the outside it doesn't look like anything too special but once inside this play place is HUGE! They have a ton of different play zones and fun things for the kids to experience. You could really spend the whole day here and the kids would enjoy it. Upon entry they have a cafeteria where they sell food and some arcade games. They they have a play area for smaller kids to enjoy. And a huge climbing slide. They areas for them to climb in and explore are large and hard to keep an eye on your kids but I did warn my kids to come find me should they need anything. So many slides and climbing things they loved it. There is also a ninja warrior type of play area for older kids at the back. That was a really fun area for the kids as they watch that on TV so it was really cool to see in real life and try some of the obstacles. The staff were constantly cleaning too however with the amount of kids in this place I think it's hard to keep this place truly clean. I encouraged my kids to wash their hands several times while we were there. The birthday area has a lot of different rooms and accommodate many birthday parties all at the same time. The kids had pizza, veggies, and pop / water / juice. A Mario character also came and said hi to the kids and took pictures which was nice for the younger kids to enjoy. Overall this is a pretty cool play place however since we live so far away we likely wouldn't come back here unless it was for another birthday or to meet someone who lives in that area. If you're in that area and looking for a super cool play place, this is definitely a great spot to spend the day.

We've never had a problem with their staff and our shoes are always still there when we leave. I also think that it is a good policy to have the kid and parent have the same stamps so they know you are a parent and not a random person picking up a kid. May daughter just loves this place and it is a great option in the winter when all other playgrounds are too cold or wet.

Place was 100% full 6PM so there wasn't room to play a game or too even if we wanted. I wanted the twist Ice cream but staff said they could not swirl it so he recommended the milkshake. BUT turns out he was wrong and they are able to twist the ice cream and so I paid more for no reason. We tried an Ice Cream and Milkshake - same toppings - oreo, brownie, cookie dough. Milkshake was 4/10 pretty bad. Super thin, like 1% milk thin, oreo cookie started to separate immediately (fall to the bottom). Cookie dough was either not added or so blended it got lost. Texture was Not good. Ice cream with same toppings was 8/10. Could find cookie dough in this one and ice cream was decent. NOTE staff did say it was his 3rd shift so I understand he is new but it was too bad I paid more for his lack of knowledge and query not accurate recipe as I do hope the milkshakes are better than the one I got.

The service was very friendly, they're a newer cafe so speed of service will likely come with time. The drinks were very tasty; my husband had the Chai-mander Latte, I had a Wyndon Fog (which may have been the best "London fog" I've ever had) and the kids had a Pika Juice. The decor was very cute and fun, they had an area to get pokemon trading cards, a shelf of games you can play while you're there, all in all a very fun place to be. I would've rated higher if they had more poké-menu items, when I read there was a pokemon themed cafe I got excited for a wide range of interesting pokemon themed coffee, tea, and treats, but the special menu selection was a little underwhelming.

Come early and get an early bird price! I believe it's slightly lower priced until about 10/1030am. And coming first thing gives you the place to yourselves to enjoy. The climbing structures are intense, so many turns and little hidden areas. Hence you can loose a little one in here and not see them for awhile. I liked how it was connected across the top with a path over to the jumping pillow and trampoline area, which you can also access via the stairs. The foam pit and trampoline area is so much fun, my kids spent a majority of their time here. Definitely still need to come up and supervise your kids, but I found most other kids were cautious of little ones and well behaved. The foam blocks also all have covers on them. The kids also enjoyed the arcade zone, which was quite popular with the older kids. Looked like they had a good selection of prizes too. Only saw one game not working. Food wise they have a good selection of deep fried goodness, also some healthy options too. We got the popcorn chicken combo- comes with half popcorn chicken, half fries and a juice box. It was recommended as the best deal. The mozzarella sticks were tasty and came with an interesting tomato Bruschetta kind of sauce. Outside food is not encouraged.... I loved seeing the massage chairs for the adults to enjoy for $1. Plenty of parking out front.

I found it funny watching parents follow their little ones into the mazes/netted play areas. There are areas where you can lose sight of your kids. I can see why parents would want to stay super close to their young kids in a crowded place like this. I found that there were a variety of activities/play areas for the kids to explore. This venue is quite large and spacious. I appreciated the toddler play area. For the most part my son was surrounded by kids close to his age. The play area was padded and soft so I wasn't worried about my son hurting himself. We spent about 1.5 hours here. This was pretty impressive considering our son's nap time was around this time. He had a wonderful rest after all the excitement! There's so much more to check out. We will definitely have to come back!

Very spacious building with places to sit and eat after doing your workout, playing a game or going for a swim. Theres a sauna but you need a special membership,( somehow every city pool still beats the YMCA). There is a steam room though, which is big. Bigger then I thought at first, due to the steam blocking my vision. There is a big hot tub as well. The layout of the place is interesting. Easy to get lost the first time you go. The swimming lanes are sort of connected to the diving area. You have to swim under...I'm not sure what the word would be. But you can get there from the lanes. I would go back more often if this place wasn't out of the way for me.
