    Kids party central

I miss Bullwinkles.... Been to this location...on occasion for kids parties (frankly...the only reason to visit this cash grab). If you are under...10. Chuck E. Cheese is no doubt enticing (especially since you are unlikely to be concerned with the $). Food is..ok. Service is m"decent. By design...it's a madhouse of children who are "off the leash". If you have kids...you may well allready be able to relate! They do actually serve liquor...which is probabably a good idea to lower stress levels!

Who doesn't love Chuck E Cheese?! Seriously?! This place brings back so many good childhood memories. I used to love going here as a kid and have a blast! And guess what? I still do! I'm really glad to see that they have security measures now that they didn't have years ago. Now, when you get to the front doors, they stamp you and your child's hand with a matching black light stamp that you are required to show again once you leave. This ensures that you are leaving with the child you came with. A very good thing. I don't think you can even go in if you don't have a child with you - also a good thing. I admit that I still have fun playing the games with my nieces and nephews - even though some of them are still pretty tough! If I could change one thing about Chuck E Cheese, it would be cooler prizes for less tickets! It takes a lot of tickets to get anything worthwhile. The food is decent too. Pizza and pop - every kid's favorite meal!

I know one poster said it was very hot inside but when I went it was the opposite. So who knows what you may get. The idea is good, separate room for kids to play, a couple of bouncy things and a mini golf, but unfortunately the end result really sucks. The mini golf needs major renovations, I almost tripped at one point on a piece of broken carpet. It's also very dirty. This makes the one at WEM look like Pebble Beach! The stars are just for the big and adequate room for doing the birthday cake and presents. It's great for maybe 3-5 years old I guess, who are easily entertained and can run around. But will get very boring for any kids older. There are better places to have a birthday, unless they do a major renovation and cleaning of the place, then maybe it has potential. Lastly, if you want to feel like what it is to drive on the moon. Look no further than the parking lot coming in. It's pot hole city!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The reason that I'm not giving 5 star to them is because the venue didn't have a proper setup for work events. Projector was not bright enough. Lighting was very poor and we could not even read any of our notes. I believe this could be fixed easily if they would like to attract businesses to use this facility for their event and I hope next time I go there I see some improvements. If you go there for personal and family fun day, you'll probably enjoy your experience and will have fun! For those activities I actually recommend them! :)

They have pool tables, some arcade games, bowling, Lazer tag, billiards/pool, and a lounge. The lounge has events such as comedy or sports game nights, and it always ends up being a great time. Each time I have been there, the servers in the lounge have been great with checking up with you to see if they can assist with anything. Keep in mind if you want to go here with a group, it is best to book in advance, because this is a fairly busy location. That being said, each time i have gone here with one or two people, I haven't had to wait long at all. One side note; as this is a fairly busy place, the pool tables have had a lot of use and are not in the best of shape, and some are straight up in need of repair. However, if you are looking for fun, Gateway Entertainment has that for sure. As mentioned above, I have been here many times, and will most likely continue, as it is always a fun time.

Sooo many obstacles to try and I felt safe in my harness. The lesson to use the harness was fantastic and really easy - didn't catch/pinch my fingers at all. Wish staff were on the higher levels more often as we could not figure out how to work the unicycle but no staff in sight. 2 hours was perfect as by then we were physically exhausted. We did use the full 2 hours. We came exactly at opening hour and was totally worth it as we didn't have to wait for others to use the obstacles and didn't feel rushed. If you buy a ticket there is a bathroom in the campground you can use (need to buy a ticket so they tell you the bathroom code) before you climb. Lockers are quite small (but free) so leave what you can in the car - lots of parking, and it is free! Creekside Eats in the same park was really tasty and had tons of really nice outdoor seating. Our ticket (buy a ticket = get a discount to the other attractions) also came with a 15% discount on target golf which was so much fun too! (worth getting the unlimited buckets for 1 hour).

Maybe they didn't even snap the photos we asked them to. Staff looked bored and were not attentive. So it was hard to get their attention to take our photo. So I wonder if they even did. Also there was one person who had fallen from the monkey bars. He was just hanging there. His friends were trying to get help but nobody around. I finally found someone. He was on the same level too. My visit was courtesy of a coupon I got out of a book whose proceeds go towards acquiring service animals for wounded vets so kudos to Launchpad for being willing to take a bit of a hit financially to support a great cause! The facility itself is huge with several different games like basketball and dodge ball set up incase you or your little ones aren't into just straight jumping. You have to go in without socks which at first made me a bit leery but upon inspection it looks like they do a decent job of keeping the place tidy. My friend who is a major germaphobe even gave it her stamp of approval which I was not expecting. The staff are friendly (at least the three we deal with were pretty good) I even saw one playing with a little girl who looked to be four or five whose older brothers had left her behind to do their own things. Considering all the staff we saw were also teens that was way more involvement than I had been expecting and I was pleasantly surprised by it. I think my only real complaint with this place is how the timing of the jumps works. As a prior reviewer mentioned your time starts as soon as the band is printed and ignores the fact it takes a person a few minutes to take their shoes off and get a locker. I want to believe they are aware of that and it seemed that way as we weren't chased out right at 7 but it also was not busy when we went so they make be stricter in peak hours. All in all it was a cool experience and a great workout! Don't just take my word for it though...pile some friends and family into the car and go check it out for yourself. Happy jumping my friends!

A good selection of snacks from fruit and veg to pizza, coffee and slushies. High chairs available too. Onto the play area! Wow so many cool spaces! I love the little hidden ninja monkey bar zone, the upstairs soccer area was a huge hit for my boys, along with the super big climb and silver slide- the challenge to get up there with the rock climbing style holds is epic that even the adults wanted a try! There is also a trampoline zone and tunnels and paths everywhere. So it's easy to lose your kid in there! The projector zone with the animated animals was a neat concept and I liked that it was a room all on its own. Next time I'd love to do the coloring activity where you can add your animal to the scene. But I also noticed that they do a good job keeping the areas tall and wide enough for an adult to follow their little human around without having to super crouch the whole time. There is also a super swing which looks interesting but both my kids were too nervous to give it a try. Maybe next time! There is a nice little toddler zone that's pretty smack in the middle of the whole area, so great if you have a little one you need to watch while the older ones run around. She came on time and was in character from the second she stepped through the door to the moment she left. The activities were fun and engaged all the kids for her entire 90 minute stay. Plus she could sing! Like, really well! The cost was worth every moment. The kids got mini makeovers, face paint, nail polish, they coloured pictures, did a craft, played a fun game (with a prize for everyone), had a dance party, princess lessons, a coronation party, sang songs, read a book, took pictures and Ariel even stayed to sing Happy Birthday.
