Love the space

Love this place. I have been to other indoor playgrounds and I like this one the best. I like how they have the place set that I can always spot my kids. Some other play place I have been to, I get worried when I can not spot them and call their names to find them. And a building full of excited kids are a hard place to get your voice heard. I really appreciate the staff here. Plenty on the floor and every station you need them so you can get help anytime you need and kids knows who to go to if they need help as well. Staffs are extremely friendly and excellent with kids. Full of smiles and make the time for adults here easier than other places. Things that are just outstanding here are 1. STAFFS 2. SECURITY CAMERAS TO SPOT YOUR KIDS AND KEEP THEM SAFE 3. HEALTHY CHOICES OF FOODS. 4.LAYOUT OF THE PLACE . LOTS PLACES AND NO BLIND SPOTS 5. VERY CLEAN AND SPACIOUS The cafeteria here is bit pricy then other places but the foods are better quality and the amount is worth it. I highly recommend all parents to give this place a try it's one of those place that you want to share because it's too good to keep it to myself lol *** don't forget to sign the liability waiver online before you go in. You can also do it there but it takes bit of time and it's torture for kids to wait for you to fill it up lol ***

Great for energy-filled l'il monsters. Arcade games, fast foods. Great for pre-tween to tween, up to 14 allowed in :)

Of the play places that I've been to, this one is up to pay, but with a bigger space. With the place PACKED on opening day, parking spilled out into the adjacent street. The climbing structure is big, not as big as Galaxy Land in WEM, but still interesting for a few hours play. If you have a gaggle of 8 to 10 year olds, this place would be a good solid choice for a party. 4 party rooms downstairs, 6 more upstairs with 2 more washrooms alllll the way in the corner. Lots of seating for the older kids like me upstairs, downstairs seating is right on the middle of all the action. Food prices are typical for a concession in-house, they have some gluten free and vegetarian food options, premium coffees from a very snazzy looking machine. They are showcasing one of the new coke multi-machines, the 6th in Edmonton. It's the size of a fridge, has a slightly hard top read touch screen where you can choose literally every flavor of come product they offer from peach Fanta to, vanilla diet Barq's, and even raspberry coke zero. Make the screen bigger, boys, is olders can't read that small type! The sign in process is just like other play places, they have a waiver you have to sign before entry, online or use their in-house iPads. Overall, it's all fun at 110% flat out, I'm exhausted just thinking about it!

Massive indoor playground! Pricing varies by date and age. There are also different pass options available - though there is bizarrely no incentive to dish out more for the 6 month or 12 month pass instead of the 3 month pass (cause everyone likes their money tied up in a pass that their kid might lose interest in). Multilevel climbing structure/kid hampster course full of fun obstacles. Small trampoline area. No ball pits, but there are large yoga type balls on top level of climbing structure. Arcade with prizes - games here are good variety, not just the kiddo gambling type. Arcade works with credits on card. Little kids area with one of those interactive floor projections. Quieter room walled off downstairs with some colouring available for some down-time. This is also where they will run educational and fun programs like crafts and yoga - you can check the schedule online. Bright modern and stylish decor. LOTS of seating (we came for grand opening for free, and had no trouble staking our base camp). Many tv screens on the walls, some showing CCTV and some with nothing interesting (the one by us was tuned to CBC). Impressive assortment of food at concession, from smoothies to handmade potato chips (with 'starsauce' - mix of Mayo, ketchup and relish... Umm... The chips were good with ketchup, they'd be great with popcorn flavour shakers, or truffle oil, or olive oil and rosemary... But you don't get those...) Also burgers, soup and salads. Interesting Coka-cola fancy pants self-serve machine... There was a Coke rep showing users how to operate it today: I seen the future, and it's OK. Upper seating/viewing level: ATM and vending machine on upper level. Some nice couch bench things over looking iPad play area, by huge windows. Access to 115' zip-line (additional $5 per ride - ride all day for $21). Extensive and shiny and new, and of course cost adds up quickly. Wear socks! (Duh)

The service here sucks! They wouldn't let us get a room even though they had lots available it was probably because we're native.

One is always hesitant hitting up an indoor playground during cold/flu season. That being said,…read more this place looks incredibly well kept and clean, or maybe because it's still fairly new. We went on a weekday, so it was easy to find parking, and there was a good amount of available seating inside. It's not a large playground by any means, so I can see it being quite busy on the weekend, which would be terrible for parking and for finding a place to sit. With a 2 and 5 year old in tow, they both had fun. I really enjoyed the tube slide, as I've never seen that before. You have your usual problem here of parents who should be watching their kids not, so kids doing things they aren't supposed to. The playground also runs a bit warm, so dress the kids (and yourself if you'll be chasing after them) accordingly. The pricing for food is a bit on the higher side, as expected, and the wait time is terribly long. The hot dog kids meal took 20 minutes. They have a promo where you are given arcade credit in exchange for a 5 star review on Google. Not really ethical by any means, but the kids love the arcade. Highlight of my visit here is that I lost my phone/ wallet and it was returned intact.

The first thing I noticed was the parking problem. We came at 11am on a Saturday I expected to be a little ways away for parking but noticing how many businesses are in this complex and lots of them have signs for customers only. Be prepared to walk a bit to get to the door! We came for the afternoon party which our friends had been told they had access to the room at 11, but then when we all arrived the staff said the room wasn't going to be ready for another 30 minutes. The same thing followed about the food/lunch that is part of the party room booking. 30 minutes makes a big difference to a hungry kid. My friend decided last minute to order an extra fruit platter, which they did let her order so that was appreciated. The food was decent, pizza and pop served. The playground area itself is very clean. There are some interesting slide ideas with donut tubes but it didn't honestly work very well. They also have a big semi- deflated jumping pillow area with a ladder obstacle and just room to jump, I'm sure there is a sign for no flips but this area pretty much looks like that's what you should do here so of course every kid is flipping. The trampoline areas are also decent, very clean again, one had a game that looked fun where you would jump and hit the lights but no one could find the start button. Not even the staff knew what button to push to start. Arcade zone was probably the best. But the games cost too many tokens in my opinion and the party pass comes with so few you definitely end up buying more. The arcade games also weren't very loud, now as a parent I can appreciate this. Toddler zone is also well put together with view points from pretty much all sides. It's small and not gated so you do get big kids in there. Admission overall is higher priced than other indoor playgrounds in the city. I will say the artwork is amazing on the walls and the space is kept very clean.

On the outside it doesn't look like anything too special but once inside this play place is HUGE! They have a ton of different play zones and fun things for the kids to experience. You could really spend the whole day here and the kids would enjoy it. Upon entry they have a cafeteria where they sell food and some arcade games. They they have a play area for smaller kids to enjoy. And a huge climbing slide. They areas for them to climb in and explore are large and hard to keep an eye on your kids but I did warn my kids to come find me should they need anything. So many slides and climbing things they loved it. There is also a ninja warrior type of play area for older kids at the back. That was a really fun area for the kids as they watch that on TV so it was really cool to see in real life and try some of the obstacles. The staff were constantly cleaning too however with the amount of kids in this place I think it's hard to keep this place truly clean. I encouraged my kids to wash their hands several times while we were there. The birthday area has a lot of different rooms and accommodate many birthday parties all at the same time. The kids had pizza, veggies, and pop / water / juice. A Mario character also came and said hi to the kids and took pictures which was nice for the younger kids to enjoy. Overall this is a pretty cool play place however since we live so far away we likely wouldn't come back here unless it was for another birthday or to meet someone who lives in that area. If you're in that area and looking for a super cool play place, this is definitely a great spot to spend the day.

We've never had a problem with their staff and our shoes are always still there when we leave. I also think that it is a good policy to have the kid and parent have the same stamps so they know you are a parent and not a random person picking up a kid. May daughter just loves this place and it is a great option in the winter when all other playgrounds are too cold or wet.

Located on the west side and there was quite a bit of parking available. But it was crowded in the cafe and even the playhouse was quite busy. They said they limit the number of kids in the space and you have to pre-book your 60 minute time slot. 60 minutes flew by! And it felt like we didn't get quite enough time to explore and really appreciate all the little houses and details. But that must be the allure of going again! Our babies favourite activities at the playhouses were the slide and the little play restaurant. The slide was busy and tight quartered. But the little stairs and crash section at the bottom were well placed. The play restaurant was good great, they had all the condiments and so many cute plastic food items for a variety of kids to play with. I recall one kid yelling out 'Ice Cream, Ice Cream'. So fun! There was also costumes, a colouring station, suction building blocks, a wooden play body/operation table. The baby area also looked nice, cozy and with some great stimulating toys. It's a bit pricey and it's too bad it's only a 60 minute booking but in February they had a 1/2 price deal so for just under $5 I felt like that wasn't too bad to check it out. If you do get to check out the cafe I would recommend their signature blue Butterfly Pea latte- it was super sweet and creamy and delightful.

Cute little place in a residential neighbourhood, all-vegan, run by a friendly woman. I phoned in our order (curry tofu wrap and tofu scramble wrap) and came to pick it up half an hour later -- the woman sure was persistent over the phone about upselling me add-ons to our order. ;-) When we arrived, the wraps were ready, and we got some spanikopitas and coffees for the road. Both our wraps were very tasty and certainly filling. When it came time for our afternoon snacks, the spanikopitas turned out to be amazing. I never really liked spanikopitas before I went vegan, but this vegan rendition was amazing -- the tofu/spinach filling was delicious, the pastry was delectable but rather oily, and the dip it came with was the perfect accompaniment. This was a gem of a place and I'll definitely return when in Edmonton.

There are cubby holes at the front entrance where you can store your shoes. Socks are mandatory here. Our son had a blast playing in the downstairs and upstairs play area. There were plenty tables, chairs and stools to sit at. I appreciated the child gates at the entrance to the main floor play area and also flanking the bottom and the top of the stairs to the second level. There are a variety of play structures and toys for the kids to explore. The cafe had a variety of drinks and treats to purchase. The couple of washrooms were easy to access on the main level and one had a change table available. My feedback would be for some grip to be applied on the stairs to make them anti slip. When I heard it was socks only, I made sure my son had his socks with the little anti slip plastic dots on the bottom. I also wish they had a couple lounge chairs for breast feeding mothers. There are normal chairs but wider lounge chairs would be amazing. The second floor tables were pushed up against the short wall overlooking the main level. A little kid could easily climb these chairs and tables if they aren't being watched. It would be nice if they had a glass divider/wall extending up from this short wall as an added safety feature. However, young children should always be supervised and never left unattended to ensure their safety. Overall, I enjoyed my first experience here. I would definitely consider hosting a private birthday party here for my kids. It's a spacious venue but the play areas were intimate enough to have good conversations with others. I felt my child was safe playing and for this reason I could relax and enjoy my time here.

This play space is very…read morenice when it comes to such private bookings as it is quite contained and it is extra appropriate for pre-school aged children. There are two areas for the kids to play in (upstairs and downstairs) and each includes a different set of toys/equipment. There is ample seating and the cafe can deal with serving food/coffee/snacks and have pizza ordered in for example. It really was a lovely location for a group party. Reasonably accessible, those in a wheelchair would only be able to access the main level (the baby gates do make it a bit to maneuver and upstairs would not be accessible of course), the gathering we attended included an adult in a wheelchair who could easily sit and enjoy with the rest of us. The pulley system is a bit hard for the kids to pull up and down (this may be due to use) but otherwise the equipment is in great shape and the kids had lots to do. This isn't as huge as some other play cafes in town, but is surely more potentially private and certainly a great place for private bookings if perhaps a bit far out if you're not located nearby in the neighbourhood. There is decent parking available, however. As a heads up, everyone needs to be wearing socks. Fortunately socks are an inexpensive purchase here -- I forgot and bought some from the establishment.
