In the area for the weekend. Sushi was decent. Not the best I've had, but not the worst. I ordered the hot hot honey roll. I didn't find this "hot" at all. I don't know where the hot honey was. This roll sounded so good, interesting and different. It was a little bit of a let down. The spicy tuna rolls were okay. My friend and I shared the appetizer combo. I was in town for work. I planned on giving 2 stars because my sushi roll and miso soup were fine last night. Tonight, I had a hair in my ramen I ordered. I was using my chopsticks swirling up my ramen then I saw a fine black hair. One bite and then the whole meal was ruined. I paid $20 for this. For hairy ramen. No wonder it was empty on a Tuesday. The locals probably know they only want to see hair in a business at the barbershop. I tried calling 6 times yet I never got an answer. They had to drop to one star afterwards. Ridiculous. Even their sweet tea is yummy. There's so much good going on in this restaurant you walk out of this place feeling like your money was well spent. I've been here half a dozen times and have not been disappointed yet. Next time I'm going for one their ramen bowls. I was happy to see we had a new sushi restaurant here in Springhill close to the house. A friend came to visit and I decided to try it. The atmosphere was creative. When the server asked what we wanted to drink we said Sake and she told us they only serve beer:(. Neither of us are beer drinkers so we left. When I got back home and opened up our food, everything smelled amazing. I was especially impressed with the chicken and steak. Some sushi restaurants have that rubbery kind of meat. Rock 'n' roll sushi was completely different! The meat was very tender and juicy. I'm getting hungry again just thinking about it. The sushi rolls were amazing. My wife said she enjoyed the crab wontons and her experience roll. I'll definitely be taking my wife into the restaurant for a date night soon. FYI - there was a lady at the bar who is very upset. She explained to the server she ordered food online and already paid for it, but when she got there they told her they didn't receive her order. Love the ambiance of this small Sushi restaurant! I tried their Mimosas but was not very impressed, they are just okay as the champagne quality is very low. I would stick with the open-bar drinks or wine. The sushi we had was excellent. However, it was their hibachi that blew me away! It was the most perfect and delicious hibachi I have ever had!
