It was good- there was only one waitress running around doing all the tables and bartending but she did an amazing job. The place was a little expensive.. 4 rolls, 2 cokes and a seaweed salad was like $70ish. But overall it was good just not sure if it's fully worth that high price. Only giving it 1 star, because you can't mess up edamame or a fried Rangoon. So kudos on the appetizers. This place could care less about the freshness of their food. I've had sushi all over the US and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had in my life. We didn't even finish one piece out of the 4 rolls we ordered. One roll was missing half of the ingredients. The salmon in the FRIED sushi roll was slimy, shrimp was fried with the entire shell left on and was not deveined. We didnt want to embarass the waitresses so we left with no to go boxes and had them trash the entire 90 dollar meal. read more

I really hate to write this review. $41.00 is too much money to spend on subpar food. I ordered from UberEats, no problem there. Ambiance is not applicable. Let's get back to the food. I ordered eggrolls, wontons, and fried rice. There is nothing complicated about this order, and I have ordered that combination before from this same store. The wontons were undercooked. The eggrolls looked like they were twice fried-- hours apart. The rice appeared to be fluffy and moist, but it was sticky and clumpy at parts. I am dissatisfied but if I can had a do over, I wouldn't after a bad day because bad food, bad mood, gets a bad review. read more

the food is decent but the service leaves so much desired and is beyond frustrating. last time we ordered to go through their website, it said our food was ready and we went to pick it up. upon getting there, they said they didn't have an order for us. we showed them the order on our phone, then they said they were too busy to take online orders (okay, then don't accept them or say they're ready, or lie and say you didn't get the order?). they offered to go ahead and make the food, but it took twice as long as they said it would and they didn't even offer us some water while we had to wait due to their mistake. not only that, they came up and told us it would have been better if we called, as if ordering through one of the methods listed on their website made this *our* fault instead of theirs. we finally got home with our food over an after leaving to get it, despite living about 5 min away, and were so disgruntled by the experience that we'll never go back. there are other sushi places in town that are just as good where you won't be treated like an imposition by the people who work there. read more

Had a great lunch! We showed up right at noon, so the place was slammed. There was only one server, and she had to take care of everything for everyone, so if you're in a rush I can't recommend this place. But we were not in a rush, and the server is a real pro, so it was fine. My friend and I shared the appetizer sampler, very good! My friend had the Thursday special, Asian Shrimp Tacos, and since she ate them happily without making any comments I think we can take that as a thumbs up. I had something called a "thriller", which is named after the Michael Jackson chart-topper, and it was so good! It was also a lot of food, especially with that sampler plate right there. With the drinks (a tea and a soft drink, no lunchtime alcohol), the tax, a credit card fee added, and the tip we spent right at $50. We were there about one hour, but we did dawdle over the food a little. The restaurant was clean, inside and out, the food fresh, the bathrooms were clean and stocked though could use a better ventilation system. read more

They never answer the phone, leaving you to actually have to go to the restaurant to order, and then the place is dead, no ones eating inside and you listen to the phone ring off the hook. There's only one cook during the day, and one server during the day. I've worked many many restaurants and don't understand this logic? I always crave sushi but I will literally go eat at Foosackly's so that I don't have to deal with this places bullshit. We walked in with 12 people at 4:30..... we had been at a dance competition all day & were STARVING. You could tell the restaurant was preparing for dinner but not "ready." Madison greeted us, set us up at a table and proceeded to give us some of the BEST service we have had in a long time. She was so sweet, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of in every way. I cannot rave on her enough. Y'all have a gem in her as an employee... oh and a bonus the food was delicious!
