Hmmm must be some personal nonsense being taken out from behind a screen...but anyways onto the more pressing matter... Tim and his son Junior are probably by the far the most stand up guys around. Its true there are honest mechanics around who actually know what the hell they're doing and stand behind it! I know believe it... They have done some beyond amazing work on my 06 Rubicon. The bill was about $2500 and the truck ran fine for 1 day then broke again with the same problem. They then said that the 3 injectors had gone bad and that I should replace all 8 of them so it won't happen again, so I told them to do that, it cost about $4000 to do the whole job. After that every week the truck was there for about 2 months, every week they said that an injector was bad and had to be replaced so I would order a new one over night and send back the old one. Finally when they closed I had no one to bring it to so I took it to Tasca ford and they took appart the engine and said that 6 out of 8 of the injectors were ford injectors and that there was no way they had replaced them, so it turns out 11 injectors later and they never put them in my vehicle. I spent about $10000 with them and they are frauds and crooks do not go to them. Jeff is not working at rt 146a auto repair and towing, if he is there you may not get your vehicle fix right stay away.

I think 2-3 weeks is more average, but the insurance company paid for the rental so it didn't matter. Other than that, the process was very streamlined and easy. And my car came back to me cleaner with a perfect door!

Every step of the process was laid out in detail and The job was even done 5 days earlier than quoted! The shop was even nice enough to make some extra repairs for no charge as a military discount! The inside of the shop was sparkling sparkling and clean and the wonderful auto mechanics were friendly and always kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle! The invoicing was absolutely flawless and I was charged exactly what was quoted. In fact, I paid less than quoted, considering the extra repairs done as a military discount! The warranty is very considerate and generous, right along the lines with what the dealership itself offered. Furthermore, I paid about $2,000 less than I was quoted by the Chevrolet dealership in Putnam, Connecticut. Upon getting into my vehicle I was blown away of the performance! My Chevy Impala drives like brand new with 155,000 mi on it and a brand new transmission and I am confident I could probably drive it another 155,000 miles or more!
