It cost me 1200.00 to replace the pan and filter and then I got the news that I needed a new transmission for 10,200. I found WCT and asked Kyle to quote me a new or refurbed transmission. Instead, he questioned whether or not the transmission needed replacing. My cost for having my transmission fully diagnosed to find that it was a fine transmission with plenty of life left was a bit more than 1/10 of what the dealer charged me.

The invoicing was absolutely flawless and I was charged exactly what was quoted. In fact, I paid less than quoted, considering the extra repairs done as a military discount! The warranty is very considerate and generous, right along the lines with what the dealership itself offered. Furthermore, I paid about $2,000 less than I was quoted by the Chevrolet dealership in Putnam, Connecticut. Upon getting into my vehicle I was blown away of the performance! My Chevy Impala drives like brand new with 155,000 mi on it and a brand new transmission and I am confident I could probably drive it another 155,000 miles or more! They told me up front that they didn't rebuild Subaru CVT transmissions but they were happy to put one in that I supplied. From the very beginning, I felt I was in good hands. Paulo, the manager, responded to my Yelp inquiry almost immediately. He was professional, kind, and attentive.
