I was unable to get my car into my traditional exhaust / muffler outfit. I dropped-in one day and…read moreasked if I could be scheduled, what the process was, timing, estimated pricing, etc. I was able to bring my car in the next day - two welds were completed, Split Pipe Exhaust was fabricated. I took my car to my local mechanic to complete another aspect of the repair (Oxygen Sensor Replacement) and my local mechanic was impressed with the welding / fabrication. I definitely would go back: Honest - YES! Upfront / Fair - YES. Definitely knows what he is doing. If you need a muffler repair and a place tells you, a whole new system is needed, start here to see if a new piece can be fabricated vs. a complete system replacement. They cost us thousands and thousands of dollars taking on a repair for us that they said they could do but they hacked it up so bad that the truck has never been the same since we took it to them. And now they are deeming all the work to finish fixing it as not covered under their warranty, even though it was parts that they had to move and work on. We were fearful of voiding the warranty by going anywhere else, but finally took it to a trusted mechanic for a second opinion and they confirmed that Auto Go did not do quality work and left the truck in such a state that it continues to cause problems. Worst experience ever and I will tell anyone and everyone to NEVER use this shop.
