I was never compensated or even made aware of this has to see it for myself and even then didn't notice until i was home! Reached out to him about it and was blatantly ignored. Don't go here unless you like your vehicle straight disrespected. Im 19 years old and this is my second car and the first one i'm putting real blood sweat and tears into. This experience was awful and makes me never want to bring her to a shop again let alone this shop. If i were to be compensated or at least have the side mirror cover returned I wouldn't be leaving a negative f****** review!!!

It sounded and drove a little funny after completion but Toney spent another two days on it and had to make some adjustments. He didn't charge me anymore than the estimate and since then it has driven great. He gives great prices on synthetic oil changes brake jobs too. He is always pleasant and friendly on the phone.

What was supposed to be 12k miles a year got recorded in error as 10k miles a year. Over the last 6 months I have sent numerous emails and phone calls and visits to the dealership to resolve this - They have confirmed the error was made but after 6 months have done nothing to correct it. Their inattentiveness has really soured the whole purchase process. And my confidence in them is fading by the day. I bring it to my buddys shop and Johnsons had cross threaded the o2 sensor into the brand new cat. They also used pipe clamps to clamp a simple replaceable insulator to the subframe. I called Johnsons and no one answered. I left a message and no one ever called me back. I have brought many of my vehicles here but in the past few years this place has really gone down hill. Would not recommend!
