My wife had a total knee replacement, and I have had three surgeries to reconstruct my feet. I don't know where we would be without the gentle encouragement and knowledge of the human body that Bill Kentopp puts to use every day. Some physical therapists give you some exercises to do and sit back as you struggle through, as if they were afraid to touch you. Not so at Succeed Physical Therapy. Here the treatment is very much hands-on. Bill inspires other therapists and PT techs to do what he does. With good humor, compassion, and infinite patience as well as awesome knowledge, he guides every hurting patient through the difficult journey of recovering strength, movement, and well-being. He has a servant heart. It's so amazing to see him never hesitate to do tasks that PT should have done and overlooked. There is never public correction, which would be humiliating to the tech. But the next time you come in there has been improvement. So constructive comments are taken seriously. The front desk is also helpful and extremely patient. My future employer sent updated info within minutes, and thanks to Angela's grace under pressure, I didn't have to reschedule! Then there's Glenn from Boston--yes, I'm a proud Yankee fan, but I won't hold it against him. He's got a great sense of humor and a background in acting, which explains how he kept up with my hyperactive, joke-cracking energy. Extremely disappointed with ATI Physical Therapy and their billing practices…read more Before I even scheduled my first appointment, I specifically asked them to verify my insurance and tell me exactly what my cost would be per visit. I was told it would be approximately $60. I intentionally waited several days for them to verify my insurance information before moving forward because I wanted to know the cost upfront. At my first visit, I was charged $65. It was $5 more than quoted, but I didn't make an issue of it. Now, approximately 25 days later, ATI is trying to charge me an ADDITIONAL $95 for that same visit. That brings the total cost of ONE physical therapy visit to $160. When I called customer service, I was told the original $65 was supposedly only a "deposit." That was NEVER explained to me. Had I been told that $65 was simply a deposit and that I could later be billed another $95, I would have never agreed to the appointment. What makes this especially frustrating is that I specifically asked for the cost BEFORE scheduling and gave them time to verify everything with my insurance. Their customer service experience only made the situation worse. Patients deserve transparency about what they are agreeing to pay. Quoting someone around $60, collecting $65 at the appointment, and then nearly a month later billing another $95 is completely unacceptable to me. I would absolutely NOT recommend ATI Physical Therapy based on my experience. If you decide to use them, I strongly recommend getting your expected TOTAL cost in writing before receiving any services.

So my doctor referred me to these folks about a week ago. So when they called I asked how much the…read morevisits were. They said they would need to call my insurance company to find out. Sounds reasonable. I just didn't want to fall for the good old scam. You know you go there for a couple weeks and next thing you know you 700$. So when they called me back all they told me was what my deductible was.. I asked how much are the visits. The guy told me he doesn't know. My treatment could be different. So basically it's alacart. I asked him so I could end up paying 300$ to 400$ a visit. He said yes!!! WOW! Who has 300-400 laying around. I guess I'll find a physical therapy place that can tell me how much they charge. When they say they don't know means they are going to charge as much as they can get away with.
